New desktop purchase for daily home use

We use this computer for all of our on-line daily work and my wife Loves It!! It is quiet and fast and so much smaller than our old Lenovo desktop. It was a great upgrade that we are extremely happy with!!

Unfortunately, I have to return it to the store since it turns off when I try to play netflix/Hulu etc. This was on the 1st day when I tried to use after installation. I can browse on the internet but cannot watch on certain programs. I do not know the problem, so better to just return and exchange it for a bigger PC.
