We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Lenovo Yoga 6 13, model number 82ND006YUS. Resetting your computer back to original factory settings may correct the issue you are having. This system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a very small pin hole on the bottom right side of the device, right near the bottom right corner of the cooling vent on the bottom of the device. You will need a pin to push this reset button. Plug the device in. Let the battery charge for about 15 minutes, with the power off. Push the reset button. The system should boot to a choice screen where you can choose "Restore To Factory Default". Select this. It will delete everything from the hard drive except the original factory install of the operating system. You will need to reinstall all programs and files after the reset. If you don't have copies of the files, try to make one before you restore by selecting "Boot to desktop" and trying to back up your files. If the problem persists after the factory reset, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686. Lenovo

I just received this laptop two days ago and so far I love it. I was worried that the screen might seem small (coming from a 14inch 2 in1), but it is fine for general typing doing emails, etc. It connected seamlessly to my external monitor, so I feel I will have a system that works well when I need more space for data analysis/ report writing, etc, where one 13.3 in screen is not enough space. The finger print reader is the best I have ever used. It is extremely sensitive and works however I put my finger on the fingerprint reader. Battery seemed to go down faster than expected - but that is only on the first charge, and I was downloading apps, running a workout video, and using a portable external monitor which runs on the computer battery power- so not a fair assessment. The keyboard wasn't as easy to use as I expected at first- just because the keys press a bit harder than I expected. After using it for a day, however, I find I already am getting used to the different feel and love it. Size and spacing is good. As far as performance, it seems good on normal work tasks and internet browsing. Portability is fantastic- so easy to drop in my bag and go. And I love the blue denim cover- looks great and seems durable. Time will tell. I have noticed it seems quite warm when I use it on my lap, so will continue to monitor that. Overall I am thrilled with this computer- but will update as I use it more. I got the open-box certified version and am happy to have saved money as well as get a laptop with windows 11 already installed. I bought this laptop for myself a year after getting one for one of my staff who says it is the best laptop she has ever used, and would recommend it to others.

Purchased for casual personal use. Very pleased with the performance, battery duration, touch screen, lighted keys, size and weight. My daughter has the same laptop and has worked well for her as a college student. The speed from "sleep" mode to active could be improved.

After doing my research and reading a few expert reviews. I decide to go with Lenovo Yogi 6 13 2in 1 This laptop is a killer! Ryzen 4650 Pro is lighting fast. Great Screen, Keyboard the only exception is the Speakers sound is too low. Even though it is 13 Inches Working on this one (Mails, Word, etc.) is fantastic. Battery life is amazing, and the design is just outstanding. Lenovo did right with this Yoga 6. A BEAST for Students and casual users.

Works fine. Had some trouble accepting an upgrade to Windows 11 (even Geek Squad guys were baffled) so we just stayed with 10. The charging cord died about a year later, but replacement has worked well for year 2. It travels well but I don't need it to walk and talk...just check email, watch a few videos/movies, and produce some basic documents. The touchscreen is handy and the size is right for my carry bag. I love the linen denim covering.

Great laptop, very happy with the performance of the ryzen 5 that's inside. Laptop is very thin and light. Great battery life. Love the denim cover. Only thing I wish they changed was they should've made the ram upgradeable. I threw a 512gb Samsung ssd in it and wish I could've doubled the ram to 16gb

Laptop is light to carry around, and is the perfect size to fit in a laptop pocket of a standard size backpack. The screen displays a nice clear picture and colors. Battery lasts for a while. I still haven’t been successfully used the finger print authentication. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. I’ve also had trouble connecting my printer. It recognizes the devise but it does not send things to print. Overall, the laptop is good. However, the process to get the most out of the special features requires some research and time to use/set it up.

Thank you for choosing the Lenovo Yoga 6 13. Here's a tip for making your fingerprint reader work every time: Try lightly sliding your finger over the fingerprint reader. No need to press hard on the reader, in fact pressing hard on the fingerprint reader will distort your fingerprint and cause read errors.
The Yoga 6 13 is compatible with any wired or wireless printer that is compatible with the Windows 10 Operating System. We recommend you contact your printer manufacturer to confirm that your specific model printer is compatible with Windows 10. Then follow the pairing instructions provided by your printer manufacturer for pairing a new Windows 10 computer to your specific printer model. Lenovo

I used to own a Thinkpad 20 years ago. It was well built; I didn't have any complain at all. Couple of weeks ago i was at Bestbuy looking for a laptop because my 10 years old Surface just quit on me. I saw this discounted Lenovo yoga 6; I took my chance and purchased the machine. Gosh am I so glad that I did. This good-looking laptop is so well made that I hardly have any complain. The speed is great, amazing battery and looks so good. I 'am sure that anyone that take a chance on this beautiful laptop will be happy that they did.

So the bad things first: the Wacom pen does NOT go well with this, often times the strokes would just disappear halfway, reeeaaaaly annoying. But other than that, it's pretty good. the battery lasted me two days without charging (I use it for classes about 1h in-class and about 3 hours for homework every day). The size is AWESOME, along with the texture I think I want to hold this laptop every class I go. The fan is quiet, and it rarely gets hot (unless you use this for gaming, which you shouldn't anyway). Always wait for a sale tho, this thing goes on sale very often.

Excellent Keyboard 3. Display is good enough and has touch capabilities 4. 2-1 that helps 5. It is fast for daily work Cons 1. Windows 11 is not in good shape yet 2. Has only 256 memory 3. Sometimes it does not sleep at all 4. Sometimes it does not wake up while opening the lid 5. It gets hot as fan does not run too hard to cool it

I recently acquired the Lenovo Yoga, and I must say that it has left a lasting impression on me. This 2-in-1 laptop has proven to be a remarkable device, combining versatility, power, and sleek design into a single package. First and foremost, the versatility of the Lenovo Yoga is outstanding. Its flexible design allows it to transform effortlessly from a traditional laptop into a tablet, tent, or stand mode, catering to various usage scenarios. Whether I'm working on important documents, browsing the web, or enjoying multimedia content, I can easily switch between modes to find the most comfortable and suitable setup.

It’s an excellent laptop! I’m really happy with my purchase. It’s really cute, efficient and practical. It just looks adorable. The display and sound are really good. I can read outside with it while still seeing the screen, and the sound is loud and clear. It does not feel cheap. There were only two small problems I had with it at first: - i was a little scared at first by how hot it gets when it’s charging while being used (just normal usage like web browsing). But I’ve been using it anyways and I’ve seen no problem. I think i was overly worried because it was new and all. But it seems like it’s just a normal part of this laptop, and it continues functioning well. I don’t really get bothered by this anymore. There’s no real need to overthink here. - During the first week I had it, it kept on disconnecting to the wifi. See, I was really worried at first, thinking it could be a hardware problem. But I’ve since then fixed the issue and it was purely a driver problem. Apparently, this laptop used to be fabricated with an intel wifi chip but they changed to a realtek wifi chip because of chip shortages. The realtek wifi chip has no problem with it. The issue is with the software that comes installed. The realtek wifi driver was causing some problems with disconnection. I went to the lenovo website to see which driver i should download for this laptop and they still had the outdated information telling you to download an intel driver (which is not compatible with the realtek chip). So I went ahead and downloaded realtek’s updated driver (it was released August 2021) and now my problem is completely fixed! So if you have connectivity problems with this laptop, don’t freak out - it’s totally fixable: - Step 1: You just have to download the driver from this link: https://support.lenovo.com/br/en/downloads/ds550192-realtek-rtl8852ae-wlan-driver-for-windows-10-version-1809-or-later-thinkpad - Step 2: Then you go to ‘Device Manager’ and under ‘Network Adapters’ uninstall the Realtek driver that comes with the laptop (remember: don’t do this before downloading the driver above. You have to first do step 1 then step 2). - Then open the downloaded file from step 1 and install the new driver. - Make sure the new driver is installed. - Restart your computer. There! Your laptop is fixed! After this small issue, I haven’t had any problems! And I love my new laptop.

Thank you for choosing the Lenovo Yoga 6 13. It is normal for the Yoga 6 13 to feel warm to the touch when charging and/or when the computer is under heavy workloads. To manually control system performance, you can use Lenovo Q-Control to manually control fan and overall system performance: ( Fn + Q ) option to change the fan by undervolting the processor. Regarding keeping Operating System, BIOS files and drivers up to date, you can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If the issue still continues after these updates, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686 for additional help. Lenovo
