Worked great for a year and then battery stopped charging. Dead as a doorknob now. I sure there is a fix someplace, but pretty difficult to update drivers and everything else recommended when the laptop has no juice. Will not be buying a Lenovo again.

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Lenovo Yoga 6 13, model number 82FN0003US. Plug the charger into the computer and check to see if the Charging Indicator LED next to the left side USB-c charging port is on. If the LED light is not on, the issue may be with your 45W USB-C (3-pin) AC adapter/charger, supports PD 3.0, 100-240V, 50-60Hz. Here is a link to a replacement 45W AC adapter/charger, that is compatible with this Lenovo Yoga 6 13: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/lenovo-power-adapter-for-tablet-10-thinkpad-11-11e-chromebook-thinkpad-13-13-chromebook-thinkpad-a275-a285-and-a475-black/5969701.p?skuId=5969701. If the LED light is on when you plug in the original 45W AC adapter/charger, let the computer stay plugged in for 15-minutes, don't try to power on the computer during this period. This system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a very small pin hole on the bottom right side of the device, right near the bottom right corner of the cooling vent on the bottom of the device. You will need a pin to push this reset button. Plug the device in. Let the battery charge for about 15 minutes. Push the reset button. The system should boot to a choice screen where you can choose "Restore To Factory Default". Select this. It will delete everything from the hard drive except the original factory install of the operating system. You will need to reinstall all programs and files after the reset. If you don't have copies of the files, try to make one before you restore by selecting "Boot to desktop" and trying to back up your files. If the problem persists after the factory reset, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support for additional help at: 877-453-6686.

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the webcam within your Lenovo Yoga 6 13, model number 82FN0003US. This model ships with a 720p (HD) webcam with manual Privacy Shutter built in. Be sure the Privacy Shutter is completely open before trying to use the webcam or the webcam will not operate. There is a small slider, directly above the webcam lens. Move the tab to the right to open the Privacy Shutter. There is a red dot over the webcam lens that will disappear when the Privacy Shutter is fully open. This will indicate that the webcam is really to use. You can close the Privacy Shutter when you are done with the webcam for your security, by sliding the tab to the left to close the Privacy Shutter. The Red Dot will appear over the webcam lens when the Privacy Shutter is closed. Here is a link to the User Guide for this Yoga 6 13 which illustrates the location of the webcam Privacy Shutter on page 1: https://download.lenovo.com/consumer/mobiles_pub/yoga_6_13are_ug_en.pdf. If the Privacy Shutter is open, but your webcam still does not function, here is a link to some troubleshooting tips for fixing issues with a webcam on a laptop using Windows 11: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/camera-doesn-t-work-in-windows-32adb016-b29c-a928-0073-53d31da0dad5#:~:text=the%20search%20results.-,Find%20your%20camera%20under%20Cameras%2C%20Imaging%20devices%2C%20or%20Sound%2C,opening%20the%20Camera%20app%20again. This thing is a freakin’ beast dude. I thought it was too good to be true to get an open-box 2-in-1 laptop with these specs for $650, and I assumed that something about it would fall short of what was being presented on the listing. I was wrong. This thing definitely delivers on every front. This laptop has easily handled every game I’ve ran on it. GTA V, Fall Guys, Halo Infinite, Forza Horizon 5, and many others! Most of the time it can even handle the higher settings and maintain a great frame rate. I hdmi this to my big 4k tv and it’s a great experience.
When it comes to the newer games like halo and Forza you can get great performance with some higher settings, but 4k doesn’t perform so well. If it’s a game like Forza or halo then it’s best to put it at 1080p with high settings and it’s great on the laptop or the tv. 4k is possible but it’s not good for the big games like these. Stick to 1080p.
The fact that it can run these new games at 1080p and high settings is insane. If you’re really pushing the power then it’s best to have something to cool it down because you have to remember it’s powerful but it’s small so the high graphic games on tv can make it hot. I just put a fan on mine and it’s been great.
I definitely recommend this if you’re looking to get into PC gaming or if you just need a portable device that can handle all of your library. Obviously you’re not gonna be getting 244p at 4k or anything but you’re gonna be able to play every game with great settings at HD and that’s a great deal!
If you don’t need a gaming laptop then the i7 processors are probably better than the ryzen 7. Both are great for everything but if your not gaming then probably go for the i7 if you can.
