It was alittle slow at first but after all the uodate this computer is really fast. A Ryzen 7 with 16 ram and a 512 gb solid state hard drive for $600 is an amazing price. The display is only 1080 and isn't nearly as good as the surface display but for the momey the value is amazing

No real volume to them and can’t use the computer on zoom. I can play my farm game but after awhile it freezes so that is mediocre too.

If you are experiencing issues with the device freezing - please be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on-screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.

So far, she absolutely loves this 2-in-1 laptop. As far as I know, there have been no negative issues. She was surprised that the screen was a little smaller than she is used to. However, she still says it's perfect! She thought her old laptop was too big and bulky.

Small BUT Complete!!

Everything works smoothly and quickly and with ease. the only thing that I miss is the number pad on the side, especially when I do accounting, but the fact that it is touchscreen makes up for that. I would recommend this to anyone who is tired of lugging around a huge heavy computer.

Awesome little laptop!

I got it for the Ryzen architecture and the fact that it's touch screen. Granted, I did upgrade the SSD m.2 drive to a terabyte, I overall love this thing. Later I discovered it flips into a tablet, furthering my love for it. Highly recommend!

The adjustment i needed to make was with the keyboard coming from HP laptop to this Lenovo laptop. The keyboard layout feels different but the laptop is also smaller. It is also little bit on the heavier side. Otherwise this laptop is powerful.

It runs extremely well and it has a great look to it. I haven’t used it that often as a tablet but it’s pretty neat that I can do that if need be. I use it mostly for remote work and connect my monitors to it, had to get a converter for HDMI use.

Great build quality, great form factor, good screen, fast Ryzen 7 5700 processor, excellent keyboard and trackpad. This will take care of just about anything you throw at it and some light casual gaming. Would highly recommend.

The outer denim cover is unique and different exactly what I wanted and needed!

Computer kept freezing up. Easy to exchange at bestbuy. New one came in quicky and so far works great! Very fast pricessor and has an extra usb port than my previous Lenovo which is nice. Very quiet fan and nice speakers.
