Setup was fairly easy but I have had some issues recently with the unit having errors and constantly restarting. TBD with Geek Squad troubleshooting

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Lenovo Yoga 6 13, model number 82ND0002US. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults.

Loaded with all the necessary features you would want in a laptop that costs twice the price. Very snappy with Windows 11. Keyboard and screen are solid. Trackpad is fine. Fabric cover is unique. USB C charging closed the deal for me.

Solid laptop for day to day tasks

Option in the bios to increase VRAM up to 2gb. Works great for email, browsing, video consumption and MSO365 apps. Also has a camera shade which is a nice little feature

I was able to buy on line, apply for a best buy credit card, apply this to it, on sale pre black Friday, and have it shipped to me with 0 interest for x months all from my chair. She loves it!

However, this unit got a ping spikes on games which I could not figure out the reasons. Tried to update all the drivers, windows updates, delete - reinstall network drivers. None of them worked, had to return. Other than network issue, i loved the yoga feature, table mode, and performance of this device.

Also fit all my specs and then some. First time giving Ryzen a chance and haven’t noticed any differences.

The fabric top gives unique style like the color has two USB ports. adding a LG cd USB external play/write was only $25 n worth it.

I work remotely and can take my job with me wherever I go. The Yoga travels well, easily fitting into a small tote bag. The “cloth” cover is surprisingly durable and provides a grip so it never slips out of my hands.

HAVE FUN - micro soft (the first two words that came to bill gates' mind) has forced lenovo to manipulate standby modes, long story short, this computer will go to sleep and then not wake up NO MATTER WHAT if youre a linux user. also, certain zones of this keyboard constantly malfunction, but since the computer has a overall weak bottom half, pressing on it somehow makes it work again. amazing!! wonder how long this will last. theres no way im sending this in for warranty service already, and its past the return date. LENOVO = LENEVER AGAIN. i spend so much time trying to figure out why i cannot remote into my desktop upstairs, even with a usb wireless adapter, when i have had 0 issues on 2 previous computers and the only explanation is this garbage i am now stuck with that wasnt cheap. oh, less than a month later and the top has a fray, here we go. battery lasts all day. difficult to see outdoors.

This model configuration ships with Windows 11 Home 64-bit Operating System installed. This Yoga 6 13 ships with the latest WiFi-6, 2x2 802.11ax frequency WiFi installed. If you are getting lees than expected WiFi performance, check to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 11 on the computer. Then update all BIOS files and drivers up to that latest version of Windows 11. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 11. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If the issue continues after these updates, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686 for additional help.

This computer has had very light use, no gaming, plus virus protection over the past year. Three months after warranty expired and it won't turn on. Most Short-Lived Compter Ever. Very disappointed.

Harder to turn on when you turn off. Switch is on the right side of computer. Otherwise I am satistisfied with it. I would recommend.
