We tried charging it over night but it did not start. tried another power supply it did not work. We could not get our data off the laptop After chatting with customer service, they decided that it has to be sent for repair. They will send a box for us to pack and send the laptop then they will send it back to us The end result is that the laptop is used for less than 4 weeks. But we will have to find another laptop to use for at least a month because waiting for the shipping box to arrive, sending the laptop for repair,repaired, and sent back will take at least a month That is at least 1 month out of the 1 year warranty, in addition to losing data on the laptop

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Lenovo Yoga 6 13. First, be sure you are using the correct charging port to charge the computer. It id the USB-c port on the left side of the computer. It will have an electric plug icon next to the port. When you plug the computer in and begin charging the computer, there will be a white LED light that will indicate that the laptop is charging. If you do not see that the LED is lit, check to be sure you are plugged into the correct charging port. Then check the charging cable to be sure it is operating properly. You may need to visit your local Best Buy Geek Squad local to do this. Let the computer charge for 15-minutes. Now press the power button. The computer will boot normally to the Windows 10 Desktop Screen. If the computer does not start, this system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a very small pin hole on the bottom right side of the device, right near the bottom right corner of the cooling vent on the bottom of the device. You will need a pin to push this reset button. Plug the device in. Let the battery charge for about 15 minutes. Push the reset button. The system should boot to a choice screen where you can choose "Restore To Factory Default". Select this. It will delete everything from the hard drive except the original factory install of the operating system. You will need to reinstall all programs and files after the reset. If you don't have copies of the files, try to make one before you restore by selecting "Boot to desktop" and trying to back up your files. If the problem persists after the factory reset, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.
