Awful product. Bought the first unit, lost wifi connectivity in days so returned it thinking it was just a lemon. Replacement unit lost wifi after 75 days. Was told by the geek squad agent he had 3 identical units in for repair. Been at Geek 5 days now and if they need to send it back for factory repair it will be another 2 to 4 weeks and they don't give loaners. RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT!!! Best buy claims no responsibility for selling this dud.

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Lenovo Yoga 6 13 model number 82ND006QUS. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10/11. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10/11 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686. Lenovo

I was excited for a $<1k laptop with these specs. Come my first professional conference (and the largest in my field) 1.5 months later, months later… The first broke (powered on, but no display or keyboard function) and I lost my slides. I thought it was a fluke and this machine was worth the talk. Get back to town and go to Best Buy to exchange it, get the same one with the same price. One month and three weeks later, guess where we are! Best Buy honored an exchange offer, but prices on laptops are not great right now, so I received a full refund (and keeping my documents in cloud)

It is normal for the internal battery to generate heat while charging, thereby making the Lenovo Yoga 6 13 model number 82ND0002US, feel warm to the touch. You can use the Yoga 6 13 while it is plugged in and charging. If you feel that your Yoga 6 13 is getting too warm, we recommend you make an appointment with the Best Buy Geek Squad at your local Best Buy and have the Geek Squad Agents examine the issue. Lenovo

Bought this laptop for my daughter. Arrived on time and worked for 2 days. She went to turn it on the third day and it was just a black screen. We could not shut it down or reboot. I’m not sure if it’s a laptop error or shipping problem but she was very disappointed a week before leaving for college,

We are very sorry to hear that you are having issues with the Lenovo Yoga 6 13 2-in-1 Touch Screen Laptop. Please ensure that the computer is charging, you will know it is because the LED light next to the charging port is on, the only port that will charge the computer is on the left side of the computer and has an electric plug icon next to it. Let the computer charge for 15-minutes, then boot the computer normally by pushing the power button. The computer should boot normally.
If the computer still does not turn on, it is possible that resetting the computer back to original factory settings may correct the issue you describe. Since you can not boot the computer, this system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a very small pin hole on the bottom of the device, right near the cooling vent on the bottom of the device. You will need a pin to push this reset button. Plug the device in. Let the battery charge for about 15 minutes. Push the reset button. The system should boot to a choice screen where you can choose "Restore To Factory Default". Select this. It will delete everything from the hard drive except the original factory install of the operating system. You will need to reinstall all programs and files after the reset. If you don't have copies of the files, try to make one before you restore by selecting "Boot to desktop" and trying to back up your files.
But if the issue still continues after these updates, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686 for additional help. Lenovo

I want to give this a giant zero. I got a sweet price on an open box Geek Squad certified unit. Certified my rear end. The unit powers up quickly, but you cannot do much with it because the wifi doesn't work. No switch to turn it on. All the ways I checked online to get the wifi to turn on via the function keys do not work. I tried going to systems settings and device manager. NOTHING! No options anywhere to turn on wifi. Yes, I made sure airplane mode is turned off. Only thing that works wirelessly is Bluetooth. Absolute garbage. Lenovo support was useless. What a rip off.

I was looking for a laptop that would multitask without lagging. The rep was very focused that this was the latest and greatest technology out and outperforms anything on the market. Let me tell you my old Samsung tablet outperforms this thing. I paid big money for a horrible product. LIES....they are not educated enough to tell you correct information

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports on your Lenovo Yoga 6 13, model number 82ND006QUS. First, check to be sure you have the latest version of Windows on the computer. Then update all BIOS files and drivers up to that latest version of Windows. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If the issue continues after these updates, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686 for additional help. Lenovo
