The problem was it would keep stalling and gave error messages that required restart. This kept happening even after all updates were installed. I had it for 1 week and it ran hot and stalled 5 times, on average once a day. If not for the problem, the device was quick, light weight and had nice screen...perfect for my needs.

Small size, with a nice processor and good amount of SSD storage and RAM. Touch screen and Windows 11 as well. Very satisfied with the purchase.

It boots very quickly and the 16GB of RAM helps along with the SSD. The blue fabric is a nice touch that doesn't make it feel fragile. Fan is very quiet compared to a intel chip. Love it.

I absolutely love 360 hinges, but could never find a nice laptop that did it nicely without having crappy specs. I believe the 5700u is on the zen 2 architecture and not zen 3 like some might think. Battery life on here is great, especially for what I use it for. Don't expect to play anything other than indie games on this little laptop. The fabric cover feels very high quality and doesn't feel like it will get damaged overtime as long as you take care of it. The display is also very nice. Touch response and accuracy is great!

It’s very quick on booting up, screen is bright and colors pop very beautifully. I have not played games on it since I use it for working from home and school stuff, but I am very impressed

I wish it was cover all in metal or aluminum.

Also does well for light games like fall guys. The speakers are very low though and I would suggest having a bluetooth speaker but that is expected for the price.

The battery life is good, always fast, camera is good n I love the fact that you can flip it to become a tablet. I use it mostly for school and I have no complaints this far.

I bought it for school, and it did wonders for me. It was simple to use, flexible, and had nice build quality. I did have minor issues with the trackpad though

The portability was the winner for me, the battery life is about 4 hours (which is not bad at all). I always keep the charger handy though.

This model ships with a Integrated 60Wh, Lithium-Polymer Battery, which within this configuration, has a battery life of up to 16 hours, depending on the work the device is performing. If you are getting substantially less battery life, first, set your screen brightness at less than 100-percent - try 80-percent to start with. Then, be sure Battery conservation Mode is turned off. This power management setting should only be used when the laptop is plugged in all the time. It will prolong overall battery life by only charging the battery to 60-percent of capacity. Here is a link to instructions for turning off Battery Conservation Mode: https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/ht103159. Also check what programs are running in the background on the computer. Be sure only the programs you want running in the background are. These programs will drain the battery. Here is a link to information about how to find out what programs are running in the background on your Windows 10 computer and how to manage them for better system performance: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-prevent-apps-running-background-windows-10. Then, finally, be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. Incompatible software will drain the battery at a faster rate. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.

Games and Illustrator run fine but photoshop is pretty awful on the onboard ryzen graphics. Battery is unimpressive but the cpu and 16gb of ram are great.
