Very happy with this laptop. I love the size, the color, and features such as the backlit keyboard, placement of the speakers, and the onboard fingerprint scanner and camera privacy cover. Battery life is great, as is the sound quality from the speakers. I also like the ability to open the cover flat, tented, or completely to the back for tablet mode. Performance has been excellent so far - no complaints!

It ticks every checkbox on my list: ultraportable, FHD (it actually has the original widescreen aspect ratio of 16:10 with 1920x1200 resolution), touchscreen, backlit keyboard, decent battery life, and Windows 11. Plus, it's a convertible, has a fingerprint reader, has two each of USB-A and USB-C ports, and even comes stock with a shutter for the webcam.

Very fast laptop. The touchpad is a little sensitive but that’s OK. It is nice and sleek and small packs of powerful punch and it’s very very fast. Great for designing websites.

Overheating problem

Overheating like a toaster. I returned my device to exchange with a new one. And the new laptop is still very hot on even doing simple tasks such as surfing on the web and reading a pdf.
I really loved the design and 2 in 1 but I am so dissapointed with lenovo yoga 6.
The performance is very good but the temperature on web surfing is 50° Celcius (120 F) and when you try to do some harder thing like downloading someth or playing a game it becomes 70-80 °C. (180 F)
The fan sound is like a motor.
Wish it wasnt like this..

Hello, Sume, we are sorry to hear that you encountered an issue with your Yoga 6 13. In advance, this is a lengthy response, as we want to completely address your pronouncement and help resolve your issue. First, ensure that the installed software is compatible with Windows. Incompatible software can cause your computer to misbehave. Additionally, we recommend checking for updates through Windows Update settings. These updates can help resolve issues from operating system bugs to driver software improvements. To navigate there, select start on the taskbar (windows logo) or press the windows key on the keyboard then select Settings. In Settings, select Windows Update, and then select the Check For Updates button. Install any available updates and restart your PC if required. If you didn’t have any updates that required a restart, it’s still a good idea to restart your device to make sure any pending updates are installed. Additionally, check for updates in the Lenovo Vantage application that is preinstalled on Windows devices. You can check by opening the app, navigating to the device tab, and selecting the “check for updates” option. If there are updates to install, follow the onscreen directions to finalize those updates. If your issues persist after these steps, we also recommend that you reach out to Lenovo Tech Support at this number to work with a representative to rectify the problem: 877-453-6686.

Great product, slerk, fast, easy to use. I will i had bought this before my last HP, the Hp seemed to have a lot of adds. It slowed the whole computer down, lenovo is quick with no insulting adds to deal with.
I especially like the processing speed and the storage capacity, the screen is great also. I like the outside cover color

I only need a computer for email, an occasional spreadsheet and word document, and downloading photos. It has plenty of storage and works as I need. Easy to sign in with facial recognition. Wakes up from sleep mode easily (unlike my last computer which was very irritating).

I have now had this laptop for 8 days. The first 7 of them were great. So great that I went ahead and picked up the Lenovo sleeve and active stylus.
Today I went to start it up and windows 11 immediately BSoD'd on boot citing "critical process died". It rebooted twice and did the same thing then went into recovery. I let it do automatic repairs but it didn't help. I then restored to a previously known good state but still crashes.
Mind you it worked fine last night. The only software I added was on day one. The only hardware I added was the Lenovo Pen a couple days ago (I verified compatibility). So other than the possibility of bad hardware or a highly charged particle from space causing an irreparable bit-flip I have to assume this was windows 11 update issues.
I'm a tech geek, so I did all the basic troubleshooting including sfc and dism command line repairs. My only other automated choice was to restore a fresh copy of win11...and I'm not a huge fan. So I spent the last couple hours putting windows 10 pro on here. Hopefully this will resolve the problems but I would just recommend caution to those considering buying this laptop if you're not comfortable with troubleshooting or reimaging in the event of corruption.
Overall the machine is quick and light and wonderful to work on....when it works.

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Lenovo Yoga 6 13, model number 82UD0000US. This model ships with Windows 11 Home 64-bit, English Version Operating System installed. Resetting your Yoga 6 13 back to original factory settings may correct the recent Windows 11 update error. Power off the computer and plug in the included USB-c AC adapter/charger that came with your Yoga 6 13, with the computer power still off. This system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a very small pin hole on the bottom left side of the device, right near the top left corner of the cooling vent on the bottom of the device. You will need a pin to push this reset button. Plug the device in. Let the battery charge for about 15 minutes, with the power off. Push the reset button. The system should boot to a choice screen where you can choose "Restore To Factory Default". Select this. It will delete everything from the hard drive except the original factory install of the operating system. You will need to reinstall all programs and files after the reset. If you don't have copies of the files, try to make one before you restore by selecting "Boot to desktop" and trying to back up your files. If the problem persists after the factory reset, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Lenovo Yoga 6 13, model number 82UD0000US. This model ships with Windows 11 Home, 64-bit Operating System installed and should not have Operating System failures on a reoccurring basis. Check to be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 11. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. Here is a link to instructions for uninstalling McAfee from a Windows computer: https://service.mcafee.com/?articleId=TS101331&page=shell&shell=article-view You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom of your Windows 11 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If there is no incompatible software installed but the issues persist, now check to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 11 on the computer and that there are no pending Windows 11 updates that need to be installed. Then update all BIOS files and drivers up to that latest version of Windows 11. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 11. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If the issue continues after these updates, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686 for additional help.

Everything works really well except the mousepad area. It lags and sometimes doesn't register touch, especially the multiple fingers to scroll or move the page. I got a mouse though and it works perfect! I have only used it for streaming and one graphics program but it runs great. The things I love are the display is crisp, the keyboard lights up, it isn't the loudest but the sound is clear, the pen I purchased works well with the touch screen, everything I've connected (blue tooth and usb-c) have worked with no issues, seems to run programs or streaming quickly and it's so light! I thought the battery life might be an issue but it lasts longer than I anticipated while using it. I feel like I will have this for a long time.

Lenovo is a brand that is synonymous with quality laptops, and the Lenovo laptop is no exception. I have had the pleasure of using a Lenovo laptop for several months, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations in many ways.
Firstly, the build quality of the Lenovo laptop is exceptional. The laptop feels sturdy and well-constructed, with a sleek design that is both stylish and functional. It is also light enough to carry around with ease, making it a great option for those who need to work on the go.
The performance of the Lenovo laptop is also top-notch. It runs smoothly and quickly, with no lag or delay even when running multiple applications at once. The display is bright and clear, with vibrant colors that make watching videos and browsing the web a pleasure.
The keyboard and trackpad of the Lenovo laptop are also worth mentioning. The keyboard is comfortable to type on, with well-spaced keys that make it easy to type quickly and accurately. The trackpad is also responsive and accurate, making it easy to navigate around the screen.
Another great feature of the Lenovo laptop is the battery life. It can last for several hours on a single charge, making it a great option for those who need to work away from a power source for extended periods.
