great product loved it, touch screen is good and keypad is great. Processing is awesome. The picture quality with dolby audio makes it cinematic.

My second Lenovo. I wait to buy it on sale and find it to be a great value and good product.

I was very disappointed in this purchase. First, the fan becomes too loud at random times while I'm working. Second, within the first month, the laptop already started slowing down and lagging-at this point it's as frustratingly slow as my 4 year old HP. My biggest concern is that the mouse pad/touch pad will randomly stop working, which is worse if I ever use the screen's touch screen then try using the mouse after. The mouse will freeze and become "sticky". For instance, I'm trying to move the mouse around and instead, it will click whatever the mouse happens to be resting on rather than moving. It's incredibly disappointing. Please don't bother buying this laptop. If you do, don't repeat my mistake and not return it as soon as small problems start to occur.

So far, it's working as I needed but, I have not finished installing the programs I had on my old computer. I will give it an "A" and if it continues to work like that after all the programs are in, I'll add a +.

Quality is good but not great. Working fast, nothing wrong. Battery life is terrible after MacBook.

Good little lap top, would give it 5 but still haven't figured it all out yet.

Small laptop has plenty of power for basic use. I use it to program cars, small and portable makes for easy use, only complaint is that yhe screen is glossy and hard to use in sun

I love how it has all the touchscreen, 16GB RAM, the perfect color and all the great specifications I was looking for. Perfect for college or a professional. Very happy with my purchase.

I really wanted to like this laptop; however, it was a letdown. First off, the build quality isn't amazing. The top of the laptop is a fingerprint magnet and shows super easily. The backlighting of the keyboard looks cheap and shows under the keyboard. Then the fan is super loud, and the laptop gets really hot, like so hot you cannot have this computer on your lap. Also, the charger gets super hot and is boarder line a fire hazard. As for performance, it's not amazing either. Had the computer less than 3 days and it froze when multitasking to where I had to force restart. I wasn't even using it for gaming. I returned it after 4 days.

Lenovo is my favorite laptop brand.bim never switching. I literally can do any and everything I need to. I love how powerful but in a nice well built fi4m factor.

I really like this laptop. It has great performance and I also think it has a really nice look and feel to it. The teal color is great. The only thing I would really look to improve on the device is the volume, as it doesn't get very loud. The trackpad is a great size, keyboard is fantastic and the display is great as well.

Thourghly enjoy the Lenovo laptop. Does exactly what it was purchased for. The SSD hard drive and 16gigs of RAM make this computer fast with the tasks at hand.

Only complaint is the touchpad can be very laggy and sometimes just unresponsive. Using a mouse, there are no issues. Unfortunately, my primary use will be for on-the-go work and won't always be able to use a mouse. Will be returning for something else.
