Works well, nice aesthetics. Important to turn off the "fast startup" option deep in settings so battery isn't discharging while turned off. Still starts up quickly from true "off" anyway.

It had an issue with the battery 7 months in geek squad had to take it out and put it back in. Kind of a bad display quality unless you turn it all the way up, never really use the tablet feature, seems to run very hot, and not hold battery life that well.

This cute small machine is a wonder. Boots and runs almost like lighting so far. Need to consider the configuration of the system and set up your expectations accordingly. Loving the product!!

Windows 11 is a bit hard to navigate but overall the size and features are good.

A fabulous computer for my daughter. It is made out of more robust material and is safe if dropped. When able to flop the screen and make it into a tablet is probably one of the best features my daughter loves.

So far I’ve had the laptop for about two weeks. I really do enjoy that I have a laptop I can game and do business on. The only downside is the battery last 5 hours 6 tops before I need to plug it back in. That is a little upsetting especially when I’m not gaming but I still love the purchase.

My wife purchased this because her Macbooks stopped working. She didnt hate it but ended up returning becase it was also slow, but has different software compared to my current computer. She loved the features it had but disliked how slow the functions were.

This computer has been really good for my business, the battery life isn’t the absolute best but overall this computer was a perfect buy for what I needed it for.

Overall decent computer when it's working, but they went cheap on the trackpad and now the faulty trackpad is making this almost impossible to use. Even when the trackpad was working it was very inaccurate with the gestures. It would click instead of two-finger swiping or right-clicking, for example. Now whenever I try to click, the mouse just jumps around instead. Along with many other problems. The monitor is not very bright, and with so much light coming from under the keys the lighted keyboard will reflect onto your screen and is very annoying. The battery life is very good and the looks good. I wouldn't be here complaining if the trackpad wasn't such a disappointment.

Smaller than I realized but everything I needed and now fits in more places! I bought a Bluetooth mouse to go with it and I’ve loved it so far.

Love the size but needs getting used to. Not happy with the way the type sometimes fades out when I use the mouse to go up. And it is super fast. Recommend getting used to it.
