Consistent Freezing up and Specs not working

Often after waking it up, the mouse will disappear and I will be unable to use the mousepad unless I restart the machine. The same can be said for the fingerprint scanner. The fact that I wasted money on a machine that was outperformed by my previous machine built in 2017 is incredibly frustrating. Stay away from this product at all costs.

I bought my Yoga 6 in July 2023 and have had numerous issues with it already. The first being the cursor mouse disappearing. If had this issue continuously and even after being it in to Best Buy the cursor issue persists. Second, if you expect the keyboard to function for longer than 5 months, well I hate to break it to you but you’re in for a poor surprise. I had a letter pop off! I have never owned a laptop where that happened and it is a shock. This is a cheap cheap cheap product that Best Buy is selling for $$$. Do not buy you won’t be able to stop paying for it.

The screen has fail. With research, I found that it is a common problem .. class action..and only solution is to return to factory. Given that this is my only computer, as a working professional I cannot be without. Solution is to return to Best Buy/get a new laptop/transfer all data/redo all software/etc. significant time and money....
