I like the touch screen, and the screen is bigger than my last computer, which I like, and having the number pad is very handy. The computer functions very well and it's easy to type on and use.

Shopping for new IPad and couldn’t decide until Matthew helped us by explaining the differences between IPAD / IPad Air / IPad Pro. We also forgot our account number and didn’t have card with us. Plus, we are a wobbly 78 years in age. A lot of young people get in a hurry, anxious to get on with a “buying” customer. Uddos to Mathew.

Love the large screen. A tad heavy but expected for size of laptop. Very fast and touch screen very responsive. Nice touch for keyboard also. Only negative is that the screen goes dark and does not come back on unless turn power off and back on.

This computer is fast, reasonably priced, and very easily performs the tasks that I want it to. It was on sale when I bought it. Overall, I'm very pleased.

This is an amazing laptop. I love everything about it. I highly recommend it, I especially love the keyboard and screen. The keyboard isn't cramped like so many others feel, and streaming images are clear, crisp, and vibrant. I have a Lenova ThinkBook at work and using that convinced me that Lenova is the way to go for me. The sales associate was also very knowledgeable and easy to work with. This was a great purchase experience all around.

The laptop is really lightweight for its size, and the processing speed and display are terrific. However, I dealt with quite a bit of blue screen of death, DPC watch dog problems with the computer, which caused it to locked up every 20 or 30 minutes. This continued until, I completely reset to factory settings and allowed a downloaded version of Window and all of its drivers to install. I wish the computer had simply arrived to me in that condition. Also, the 14 day window for returns is far too narrow and I would like Best Buy to give its customers at least 30 days with online ordering.

This laptop has far exceeded my expectations. Great performance and value for the price point

I use this computer for basic things, zero complaints. I appreciate the ten-key and the touch screen is great for internet browsing. Couldn't tell you about features more than that.

This is a really versatile laptop. It is very thin, has a large screen and was a great price too . Easy set up too. I highly recommend it!

Ive had this laptop for about a year now and its been having issues lately. I wished I had bought the warranty because I won't be able to get it fix anymore. There would be some days where the keys wont register on the left side and alllowing me to not be able to type. Another note, Sometimes the mouse touchpad wont read. Luckily this is a touch screen where I can still do the same things.

i worked for ibm for a number of years and used lenovo laptops that they provided to their minions and lackeys. this laptop has a nice, crisp 16" screen, keyboard feels good. it wasnt loaded with too much junk software and i was able to blow the debris off easily. the usb mouse that worked fine on predecessor computer is balky and jerky on this computer, which is an irritant. windows 11 installed on this machine doesn't provide much help with this issue. this is a low bar that lenovo fails. its a lousy logitech usb mouse...

Second Lenovo I own. Glad I got it. Good speed. Good battery life.

Good laptop for the cost. Fast and good storage. Backlit keyboard. Cons - mouse and touchpad periodically stop working despite resetting and shutting down often still does not work and then works again with no extra effort or steps.

Excellent laptop with versitility in both methods of use and in application options. Conected easily with all outside applications. The unit starts up fast and quickly brings up application when switching windows. Bright screen and nice keybord. Switches easily between laptop and tablet configuration. This laptop has increased my productivity and it is quite intuitive for program set ups and use.

I still feel like I'm dreaming! Switching to a new computer always seems to be a headache for me. This time every transfer of info and all of the details had backed up perfectly. In a matter of minutes, I went from owning a dead computer, to 100% functioning system. I purchased this at the beginning of the month, and I'm thrilled with my new Lenovo Yoga 16" WUXGA. I do a lot of digital hardbound photos books, and this has been a real joy to work with!
