Cons - mouse and touchpad periodically stop working despite resetting and shutting down often still does not work and then works again with no extra effort or steps.

It arrived on time and was set up by my computer store employees. It works fine and is very easy to use. It is well made and looks very modern. I am very satisfied with the computer and would recommend it to anyone. Also, the computer store was very helpful.

My first laptop

The battery does die within 2 hours when I play sims but it is also a big game and uses a lot of storage and battery. Overall great product

I love my new laptop!!!

The laptop as lots of power. I have lots of pages open and it is no problem handling it. Great for multitasking. Excellent laptop for the price I paid. I love the the 16 inch screen and the it's clear sharp full hd screen.

WHAT A GREAT LAPTOPM
