Nice laptop, does everything that I need, fast, works perfectly and does all your basic tasks. Not a serious gaming laptop but I wasn’t looking for that

Lenovo are some of the best laptops on the market. This one has a great processor, a decent amount of RAM, and a fast SSD drive with a good amount of storage. The number keypad and touch screen were just gravy

The agent I worked with was extremely focused on me and my concerns. Totally helpful and friendly. The new Lenovo generally is performing well, though it seems all Lenovos have problems with the built in mouse...far too sensitive and on this one the arrow keeps disappearing. Screen is a good size.

The computer is great and i have absolutely no complaints other than my own computer literacy. My only issue is with the rep i dealt with. I initially wanted to apply for a line of credit and easily expected to receive it but when the guy ran my application i was denied. I kinda looked at him with a perplexed look considering i have above average credit but brushed it off since i had the cash and/or credit for the purchase. Fast forward a week later and i get the denial letter and the first thing i notice is that my name is incorrect and everything else was legit. Now can someone please explain how a competent person can misspell a persons name by 3 letters while looking directly at said persons ID. I dont want to say it but thats some pretty peculiar stuff if i must say so myself. But how though.

I love this laptop! Great value, display and ease of use. I use for general browsing but think it would also be great for school or business use. Highly recommend.

It does what it says it do i would buy again great for taxes and office work.

I bought this one to replace a similar Yoga and i must say i do love this one better. Battery life is good and set up was so easy. It's perfect for what i use it for.
