    Everything was great, from the initial greeting to my pickup once servicing of my new laptop was completed. The technical support was outstanding. The explanations and step by step tutoring made me feel important. I will highly recommend the Geek staff for any type of computer or technical support or questions.

    I am happy with the overall use of this PC. Works fine but I find it with a little baggage so to speak. I had to really look close as to what to keep and what to delete. I also had to keep updating as some updates were slow to get. It will serve my purpose after I get rid of the younger peoples apps that I don't need at my age. I is hard to get rid of some of the items . I don't want to say what Items however they are for young people. All in all it is ok and to this point it will have to serve my purpose Thats all

    I was a little hesitant to buy a computer that did not have an Intel chip because I've always been comfortable with those. Super satisfied with the performance of this AMD processor. Build quality of the laptop is fantastic and it is quick and responsive. Highly recommend this machine.
