It’s an okay laptop.The only thing is that I always have trouble connecting it to the wifi and making it stay connected. It’s also a little slow, my 14 inch lenovo laptop that I got for $150 during Black Friday a couple years ago is faster and stays connected to the wifi. I might check out the return policy and see if I can change it for another laptop. The backlit keyboard is amazing, as well as the screen quality image is great.

I wasn't prepared for some of the restrictions with MS, but it still works great for everything I need.

I bought two of these for my sons. The one I purchased from Best Buy encountered two problems. The first is the jammed left hinge. Although it hasn't worked for over ten months, customer service refused to fix this issue. He attributed it to misuse, and despite my assurances that this was not the cause, he insisted. After a while, two of the keyboard buttons broke, and the answer was that I would fix them at my own expense. So, I decided never to buy anything from Lenovo again.

The keyboard lights won't work. Overall, there are no other problems.

I purchased this laptop because my 17 inch was in the shop for repair and I needed a laptop for my weekly presentations. I thought this was going to be temporary. Just until my "real" laptop was fixed. Boy was I ever wrong! I love, love, love this laptop! This laptop is phenomenal. Not only is it much lighter in weight than my old laptop, but it is fast as lightening. I've downloaded all of my programs onto this laptop, Microsoft Suite, Zoom, my many documets, etc. and it's still fast! Presentations are a breeze and the video over Zoom is clearer than my 17 inch laptop. The graphics on this machine are ridiculous! I am going on a trip later this week and I thought I would have to cancel my weekly presentations because my 17 inch laptop was just too heavy for me to carry. Not so with this baby. Because of the fact that it is so lightweight, I can take this laptop along with me and I don't have to cancel my weekly presentations! I am elated. Also, this laptop acts like a tablet. It folds and you type on the touch screen (Did I mention it's touch screen?). I think I've found my new best friend in laptops. Kudos to Chris, the Best Buy associate who pointed me in the direction of this gem. Again, thank you.

Bought to install Linux to use for web development and other programming. Would prefer to have more than 8GB RAM, but it works well enough. 512GB SSD is fast and has plenty of space. WUXGA screen is bright and resolution great. Touch screen is responsive and works with Linux without any extra configuration. Touchpad is large and also responsive. Processor fast and built-in graphics work well with Linux. Would recommend for anybody looking for a reasonably priced laptop for either Windows or Linux. Linux install was quick and easy. Tried both Ubuntu and Manjaro, but settled on Manjaro. Overall a great laptop.
