    Best part of this story is the excellent customer service I received from the shopping experience. I purchased this computer in Warner Robbins Ga. I broke the screen accidentally the first week I had it. I took it to Hiram and they replaced it for me. Computer is great, Only issue is sometimes the mouse pad sticks, but that could be operator error.

    So far this has been an excellent machine. Its not my first Lenovo. I wish windows would fix things so it did not turn up and decrease the lighting and sound when making puzzles. If that feature could be turned off it would be nice to know where. My laptop is just for home use.

    I ended up buying this due to what i wanted being out of stock and i must say, I couldnt be happier that happened. The quality is exceptional. The processor allows for light gaming, music production, entertainment. All the essentials. The best last resort purchase ive ever made.
