Great computer, went to Best Buy to purchase a different one and customer service recommended this one since the previous one was no longer on sale. What a great choice! I have had it for about 1 month now and so happy this was recommended. Very quiet, great sound, clear pictures, easy to use!!

Good laptop for the price point. The screen size and flexibility is fantastic

The laptop itself is great. Fully functional, handles my programs, does everything it's supposed to do. My issue is that this is the second time I've purchased one of these laptops open-box, condition "excellent," and received either a damaged product or one missing vital components. The first laptop had a massive hole in the bottom right corner. I had to return it and re-purchase the same item online. Well, the laptop got here today. No damage! But no charger, either. Going 0 for 2 on open box purchases and I'm not exactly thrilled about it. I love the laptop and I would love to actually be able to use it. Going into my store tomorrow to see about a fix, but suffice to say I'm irritated. Basically: laptop great! Open box orders? Be prepared to waste a lot of time trying to get the item you ordered in the condition it was guaranteed to be in, with all the parts included.

Awesome laptop. LOVE that the screen flips all the way around and can use it as a tablet. Definitely recommend. Staff was also very helpful and attentive to my needs.

Excellent laptop for the price and capacity. It is great for travel and homework. I used to be a Dell customer but since I bought one for my daughter,I bought one for me, and now I am buying another one today!

Default setting is a bit wonky as it doesn’t allow you to completely shut down the laptop once you close the lid but googling fixes helped. I loove the laptop it sleek and performs well but it’s early days I generally have a laptop for multiple years. So we will see

This has been one of the best purchases I have made. Not too small not too bulky, great resolution and enough memory for all of my stuff. I have not regreted buying it a single minute

Great Lap top unit. I am disappointed in best buy Geek Squad service though. They didn't transfer the data from my old tower as I had asked them. Maybe a miss communication problem. Will see if they want to get this right after the holidays.

Love my laptop, I purchased this because my MacBook Pro was getting fixed and I find myself using this laptop for everything. It’s perfect for work and school. Especially when taking notes on the touch screen while in tablet mode.

Works great and was very easy to set up and move everything over from my Chromebook

System operates as expected, easy to download software. Laptop meets all my needs for now and into the foreseeable future, tested all ports and apps. Everything is working perfectly.

It is lightweight and I like how it is touchscreen it helps with it being more faster to use
