I've been in need of a new laptop for some time. The associate that helped me explained all the details of the product options, so I could make an informed decision. This laptop has made my life much easier. The applications, features and software available are a plus.

I couldn’t believe how EASY it was to buy a new computer. The person that helped me was AMAZING. He stayed within MY budget, didn’t push me to buy anything I couldn’t afford. I sincerely would recommend BEST BUY to everyone!!!

Great little laptop that does what is needed plus more. The main reason for the purchase was to be able to connect to my work servers from home or on the road. Plus when I am home I have it split to two monitors.

Pretty good for the money worth. Good response time with touch screen.

Major issues. I upgraded my previous yoga to this one because it was a larger screen with better sound quality but I have had nothing but problems. Browser windows closing while I’m in a zoom or google meet. Pages not loading with a memory issue when there isn’t one etc

I'm not a fan of the extra keys on the right-hand side. It may be good if you work with numbers but I prefer a simple keyboard. I still wanted the size of the computer, just with the standard keyboard. I don't really use the tablet function. I find it to be more of a gimmick than actually a practical feature of the computer. Always been a fan of lenovo however!

I had an apple and I cant say enough about this computer. So much easier to navigate and understand so much better. Everyone was so helpful and professional. I appreciate you guys so much! Thank you and I love my Lenovo!

In general I am mostly satisfied with how it works.....but it seems that I frequently need to push the on button for thirty seconds to have it come on, even though many times throughout the day I only need to press the usual large pad at bottom of keyboard to have the screen on for my password.

Works great - only downside is that it weighs a little too much

What I like the most is - the battery performance as I am attending lectures a lot and it helps me and puts me in better position among other students. Additionally I like the CPU power - I was not expecting AMD RYZEN to process in such power.

Sofar this it has performed very well I like that it came with biometric. I am happy with my purchase!
