Have really no complaints. This computer worked well for me, however it did have an issue with the mouse not working and I replaced it with a new smaller one that is great!

Works perfectly. Has enough memory to do remote work from home. Connects well wirh bluetooth and wifi. Screen is clear and bright. A great value for the price I paid on sale.

Got it for a colleague of mine. So far there are no complaints with the day to day use especially while using spreadsheets and web browsing.

It has been a great product until I have had to try to get help with an issue and they want me (Lenovo) to send it in without holding them responsible If damaged, lost or anything else and no timeline, they did even tell me what they may do to it to fix it, just sends a return label and wants me to sign with the possibility of anything going wrong and its not their problem. I believe somewhere local should be a solution and i need it for school.

It was setup and reasy to use when i got home. The online instructions were easy to follow to finish the personal touches.

My new Lenovo computer is working quite well. Some of the features are not as user friendly as my prior laptops. Have had to take back to Geek Squad to square things up with it.

I recently purchased the Lenovo laptop computer. I'm not computer savey, but the Geek Squad helped me set it up. As of today (about a month later) I love this computer.
