Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It has been a great product until I have had to try to get help with an issue and they want me (Lenovo) to send it in without holding them responsible If damaged, lost or anything else and no timeline, they did even tell me what they may do to it to fix it, just sends a return label and wants me to sign with the possibility of anything going wrong and its not their problem. I believe somewhere local should be a solution and i need it for school.
