    I was hesitant to purchase this laptop, as I had never owned one. As my fabulous salesperson assured me, it would be fairly easy to pick up how it operates!

    Computer seems ok but the salesman said we'd get a 2-year warranty if we bought the plan. But the emails that followed said it was only a 1-year plan. ??

    I suggest NOT to buy a Lenovo Yoga style computer and not to purchase from Best Buy! The left hinge broke just after the warranty expired after 1 year, and you as the customer are left holding the bag! I spent $550 for this product, and "the Fix" for the broken hinge(without any negligence or lack of care on the users part) would be over $200. Best Buy provides NO reasonable recourse on what is obviously a known problem, but continued to sell the product in any case. I will no longer be a Best Buy customer as a result after years of loyalty.

    Saw a Lenovo with intel CPU on display and went for it. Got home it it was a Lenovo with AMD CPU. Was initially disappointed but it is working well.
