    The laptop is good, but always has issue with the touchpad. Sometime it will be working well, after a while the touchpad will stop to pick the sense of touching. I have been updating the laptop regularly but the problem still persists.

    I do not know why the computer screen blanks out and I have to sign on again to a site. As for the service at Best Buy, the geek squad were wonderful in retrieving information from a crashed computer. They were professional and patient.

    This is my 2nd Lenovo lap top, and it's a very good value. My frustration is that the keys are very sensitive, and I find that I have to back space and retype frequently. I don't know if this is a common trail with laptops, but it happens a lot to me when I'm working on it.
