Not a good investment

Mouse stops working randomly when turned on because it still thinks it’s a new tablet mode. Everything started glitching eight months in.

The new computer is not faster to boot and is not a noticeable improvement over the old. It has a few quirks, like occasionally refusing to boot unless I do a hard shutdown. It's OK, but no more than OK.

I can be working on Google Chrome and all of a sudden edge has taken over. I have literally loves homework assignments in the photo for my school.

Touchpad Issue

Sometime it will be working well, after a while the touchpad will stop to pick the sense of touching. I have been updating the laptop regularly but the problem still persists.

As for the service at Best Buy, the geek squad were wonderful in retrieving information from a crashed computer. They were professional and patient.
