After using a few times, the mouse pad improved. I thought the keyboard lights up as it did in the store; however, it does not look like that feature is available with this model. Good laptop for essential items.

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.sadly i cant give a positive review. iv had the device 3 months and already have to send it back due to the hardware needing to be replaced due to manufacturing issues. not to mention that the software has no business being called software, it should literally be called bipolar-schizophrenic-wear, one moment its doing fine and the next its "look out world ima run head first into on comming traffic while sucking on a banana laced with lsd and cyanide". ive never seen a device freeze while its not running any application and then just start restarting over and over for no rime noe reason.

Also, other pages are prone to pop up unexpectedly. On the upside, I love how I can create a tab bar for my most used sites on the side of the page.

Microsoft Edge is horrible. It doesn’t allow certain website functions for school work to be used. Also, the laptop gets really hot and the laptop charger cord is very short. And the store in Virginia Beach fraudulently signed me up for a product I did not agree to or was not informed about.
