By far one of the worst laptops I have owned. I’ve only owned this laptop for about 5 months. It was working great for the first month and now it is just the worst thing to use. The battery dies just after one hour of using it. Not to mention that it only charges up to 70% it doesn’t even charge all the way. The screen cracked out of nowhere and now the whole touch screen doesn’t even work. The fans inside this laptop are so loud because of compact the laptop is and the laptop is ALWAYS over heating. Worst $700 I’ve ever spent. I was looking forward to using this for school and also personal use but I can’t even use it for school anymore with how slow working it is. It takes at least 10 minutes for the computer to start up when turning it on and takes 1 minute to just click on something without it just freezing up. Very disappointed in how they designed this laptop. I don’t know if I just got a dud or what because this laptop was on sale for 50%??? Definitely would not purchase full price.

Won't play Halflife which is what i bought it for!

- Lot of the happy reviews are written by those who've owned it only for very short periods. Not enough time for a real meaningful review. - Lot of the unhappy reviews are written by those who've owned it for a while - couple months. I think some of the happy reviews may be hasty. Give it a few months and you'll realize Lenovo is junk. My experience follows. Purchased August 2024. 4 Months later (December 2024) and laptop stops powering up unless it's plugged in. Despite the battery indicator noting it's 45% full, all of a sudden I need to plug laptop into an outlet before the laptop will power up. Why is Lenovo so cheap and low quality? First time trying this brand and very disappointing. 4 months of light usage and already problems. Very unreliable. It's obvious this laptop is not high quality and suspect even more problems will arise in weeks ahead. Won't purchase Lenovo again.

Constant issues with no help in sight. This is the second model. The screen jumps while streaming. Now, it is not recognizing the hard drive so it is stuck on boot. This is a dud. Best buy has removed my model (The 16gb) from listing because they know this is a defective laptop.
