Extra security cab be annoying byt with todays cyber world its good. I love how it is touch screen. It wont shut down so im still trying to figure that out.

Second time in recovery mode

To start, there have been recent Windows updates to help address this Windows error, and we recommend checking that your Yoga is up to date with the latest software by opening Settings > Selecting the Windows Update tab > Check for updates > Apply all available system updates.
If the issue persists after this step, you may need to backup and reset your Yoga. Get different laptop

I also don’t use it for anything intense as well

Frustrated

I am still in search of a matte screen protector and fitted case. I purchased this for school and it is foolish to go into a classroom without the basic protections. Really considering returning it

Lenovo yoga 7

I had to return it within 2 weeks due to an issue with the fan. I exchanged the laptop for the same Lenovo. Now after 3 weeks of use, the laptop screen went black in the middle of using it. I cannot get the screen to turn on but the keyboard still lights up and the computer makes noise when I turn it on and off. Some of the keys also keep getting stuck making typing difficult. When the laptop was working I enjoyed using it but I am Disappointed with all the issues I had had since purchasing this computer. My HP I purchased for $300 lasted me 6 years with no issues until the end.

Motherboard Dead After ~30 Days

It stopped working after about 30 days. Turns out the mobo died. I’m a Total Rewards member, but it had to be shipped for repairs, and the parts are on backorder. Going on 3 weeks for repair, and Best Buy refuses to replace it. Meanwhile, my daughter has no PC to use for school, and some very expensive software was linked to that specific machine, so she’s SoL. Will never buy another Lenovo. Will likely avoid Best Buy Total Rewards. Terrible experience.

Horrible product

We've shared some steps to follow below to troubleshoot the issue.
1. Perform a static discharge/power cycle. To do so, first remove all cables connected to the device (power adapter, HDMI, external mouse, external keyboard, etc.).
2. Be sure device is powered off, then. press and hold the power button down for 60 seconds. When done, re-attach all cables and insert the power adapter, letting the laptop charge for a couple minutes, then power up the machine as usual.
3. Open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. 4. Open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button. Follow the instructions to ensure the updates are applied and that you restart your system.

Worked for an hour
