Alright laptop that started off okay; now worse.

The laptop has slowed down significantly despite it being less than a year old. Especially when you have a second display plugged in, it lags a lot.

To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button and ensure that are updates are fully installed.
Also, when plugged in, you can use the keyboard shortcut Fn + Q to toggle to max performance mode and boost device operating speed for when you need it most.

Poor Bluetooth connectivity

Has been a mediocre experience. The touch pad and bluetooth are pretty unreliable and it's pretty heavy compared to other laptops. The battery is good.
