    The laptop is flexible, has a nice lightweight design, fairly good at multitasking but would not recommend turning on too many apps as it might make it run hot. The touchscreen feature is very useful for notetaking. the design is sturdy. The resolution could you some work for high quality videos and images. But none the less a good buy on a budget.

    I love it! It's so fast! The Geek Squad was able to help me get back online after I logged onto my son's wifi and I needed BitLock recovery from microsoft.

    Lucky to get the best deal of $599 on this laptop. The screen resolution is topnotch and the performance is great for home and business use. I am happy with the sound quality as well. This is the first time I have opted for AMD processor instead of Intel and I have no complaints so far. The overall feel and performance of the laptop is premium.

    Very happy with my laptop, good performance, although sometimes the front camera doesn't recognize the face and I don't think the battery is enough.

      Regarding the facial recognition, Microsoft recommends completing multiple face scans in various lighting, hair placement and visual differences like eyewear to help improve facial recognition.

      With battery life, there are many variables that contribute to shorter battery life. Thankfully, many of those variables can be adjusted. By default, the system will tend to give more speed when needed, which can sacrifice battery life. If you want to squeeze out more battery life, we recommend utilizing the Lenovo Vantage application that is preinstalled to adjust settings related to power and battery performance (to access relevant settings, open Vantage > Device Settings > Power). You can also take advantage of the keyboard shortcut, Fn + Q to toggle thermal modes and easily switch between prioritizing battery life or power, or even the best of both worlds.

    To all the people complaining about bitlocker locking them out, that's a windows 11 problem not a Lenovo problem. Bitlocker has been a part of windows for several years, but usually you have to enable it. For some reason Microsoft thought it was a good idea to have bitlocker on by default in windows 11. Onto the topic of review though, the laptop works great for my wife, except for one issue that nobody else seems to be having. Sometimes the battery percentage is not correct. Sometimes it will die at 70%. I've managed to "fix" the issue by draining the battery and charging back to 100%, then draining it again to charge it back up to 100%. But the problem has come back from time to time. Not a big issue to deal with if you're always next to an outlet. But if you're looking for a college laptop to use on campus, I can't recommend for that issue.

      Regarding the issue you're experiencing, try to resolve this, first, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue.

      To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button.
      Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button.
      If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance.

    Got this on sale for college and due to its higher end processor it was able to tackle all of my tasks without slowing down. Graphics card is also able to play most games as well.

    Laptop perrforming fine . Only problem is not connecting with spectrum wifi properly.. but mobile hotspot is fine . I love this product and purchased 2 laptop in last week. . I dont want to return. Can some one suggest me the steps to resolve wif issues .

    This laptop is amazing in most aspects. The worst thing I would say is the screen. It doesn't get that bright but good enough for indoors. The fan noise is basically inaudible unless you're pushing this laptop to the limit. It is very lightweight and portable and it has face recognition and a fingerprint sensor.
