We recommend you ensure that all available updates are installed through Lenovo Vantage and Windows Update Settings. These updates can correct faulty drivers that could be causing the keyboard to work incorrectly. To check for updates in Lenovo Vantage, start by launching the Lenovo Vantage app and selecting the “Check for updates” button on the right-hand side of the homepage. I haven't had a laptop for several years but found myself needing one to job hunt, do school work and to travel with. Last year I got my father the 16" version of this computer and he raved how happy he was about it. I, not needing 10-key, or something so large because I still have a desktop and 27 inch screen decided to go with the 14 inch. It has held up its end of the bargain so far. Lightweight, fast speeds and great battery life. What more could one ask for.

This laptop was simple to set up, and has been a delight to use. Only one thing which I questioned at first but is functioning 100% well after the first use - this is that the keypad was not always recognizing when I was trying to move the curser; however, it has worked perfectly every single time but the first time. Staff also was great at advising me which specific version to purchase for my laptop needs.
