Great midrange laptop

We've owned it for about 6 months now and have not had any issues. The touchscreen and touchpad are responsive and it has plenty of power for household productivity and leisure. We also own two Lenovo Chromebooks and all have been very durable and reliable.

Easy to use and setup. Great speed so far. I use it for mostly home use, creating documents, publishing, and shopping. I also use it for work some days.

DO NOT BUY - UNFIXABLE MOUSE ISSUES

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really wanted to love this laptop because of its high end specs and battery life, it is indeed a good laptop but IT DRIVES ME NUTS AND I DON'T WANT TO USE IT ANYMORE AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO BUY IT BECASUE OF ITS MOUSE ISSUES THAT EVERYONE COMPLAINED HERE IN THE COMMENTS. I wish i read the comments before buying it. BestBuy kind of tricked its customers by lowering the prices and I fell for it and bought it without checking the comments as soon as i saw the specs. The cursor or the mouse goes crazy all the time! It vanishes constantly and often ends up in the upper right corner on the "X" that closes windows and that causes me closing the windows all the time. Sometimes it eases up but it is practically not possible to us the laptop when it happens. It looks like Either Lenovo or BestBuy does not take care of its product to either come up with a remedy or just recall the product and give us something that we use. Unfortunately, I am over the return period so i can not return the laptop, so i am just left with this one. PS: I have just seen a reply from a random user (not from Lenovo or BestBuy) (thanks to him/her by the way) to one these similar issue that recommends to disable the driver for HID Compliant pen and i am going to try it but it looks like i won't be able to use the pen in that case. I hope and wish Lenovo or BestBuy recalls these and changes with the ones we can really use.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a great laptop but the cursor will jump which makes you crazy so here is the solution for which Best Buy and Lenovo really should award me as it will prevent returns. The issue is the pen! Open the device manager - inside that go to Human Interface Devices - right click HID compliant pen, then select Disable device. All your problems will go away. I still just got this so far so good, great deal otherwise during Black Friday

The camera quit, the entire laptop bricked after an Windows 11 update, the touchpad quit, they found it was a bad or misdirected driver. Finally all is working.The Geek Squad said this is rare for a Lenovo Yoga to have problems, hopefully this will last. Buy the Geek Squad membership, it covered all my repair work.
