Excellent Features, Large Screen and good battery life

I love the laptop. It is what I needed and it is fast.

The laptop is nice. Screen is outstanding. As long as you dont use it for graphics design. It is good and bright. I have been having issues with the mouse pointer jumping to the upper right side of the screen. And i also had to send it in for repair. My blueyooth kept in disconnecting from my mouse and my headset. They ended up replacing the bluetooth reciever and also the whole board. I did figure out how to bypass the mouse issue by disabling the pen feature in device settings. And i also gound out that the new windows update 24H2 was the culprit. Hopefully they come out with a driver fix for it. But other than that i like it. But i am nit sure if i would recommend it to someone else. Just because of the mouse pointer issue. If i had to do it all iver again i would go with another brand.

Great laptop with excellent performance. The amd 7 processor is very fast and efficient. The only negative is the battery, which seems to drain pretty fast. If you play around with the battery saver settings and your performance settings I can get a good 8-10 hrs.

Handles my work load easily. My 5yr. old has no problem navigating the touch screen.

I think the product is great. It has a large screen which I find a bonus. The value for the specs are really good too. I got this on sale so it was very affordable. The touch screen experience is not as good as a Ipad but as an included feature it does very well. I really enjoy the face recognition and finger print reader. This makes logging in extremely fast.

I needed a basic laptop for home as mine was Windows 10 and nearing end of life. Loved the sleek look of this, appreciate the number pad, the backlighting and performance and storage is great for me. It was heavier that I thought it would be, but not a deal breaker. Even better was able to get it at a great discount during the sales event.

We bought this laptop for my daughter for her school work. It doesn’t need to do anything too “crunchy” for her. Just the usual web searches, watching videos and word processing so it’s not exactly being taxed. It has worked flawlessly. She also enjoys the HD screen when she’s streaming movies and anime when she’s not working.

Very easy to set up and navigate. Love that it’s a touch screen.

Not a bad laptop. The speed is there & performs well, especially with the pen which can be bought separately. It is a little laggy if you use Photoshop or Lightroom and do heavy editing but it still handles it fine. The brightness is not very good even at max. 8/10 in my opinion.

Purchased this laptop for my daughter to use for study, work, play, and her everyday computing needs. It's been flawless in the applications she's needed and together, we feel there's plenty leftover for things she hasn't even considered.

The laptop is a good one, though it has more features than I need. My only complaint has to do with the touchscreen and touch pad. It is not very responsive. I may have to add a mouse to make up for its deficiency in this one area.

It's really lightweight and the touch screen is amazing!

So far I like my laptop, little bit heavy, very fast, starts faster than my phone, screen bright never use full brightness, good laptop for the money.

At first, this laptop worked fine. It was perfectly smooth and did everything I wanted to, which isn’t a lot. But then it suddenly got struck with the blue screen of death after only having it for about 6 months. It was costly to get it fixed (had to reboot and wipe the whole system) and it never ran the same afterwards. It stalls on the welcome screen every other time when opening it. It randomly restarts. It glitches out at random times, never letting me know its next move. My previous laptop lasted me 7 years, but this couldn’t even go 7 months without me wanting to replace it, which is a shame because when it’s not being glitchy it’s an excellent laptop. Good display and it used to run things smoothly.

great value for cost. working with it already over a month and performance is good as well known for Lenovo. i have faced only on issue - when i'm opening over chrome many windows and the laptop is on without shutting it for many days - Chrome crashed and all windows are off

Honestly I was worried that I would have trackpad issues because of previous reviews. Nope, not a single issue. I double gambled and purchased the open box top tier, I believe it was listed as excellent. It was in flawless condition. The screen color is dull but can be tweaked to acceptable in adrenaline. It performs as expected, and if you grab the Lenovo stylus it works okay. Don’t expect the stylus to be as precise as the iPad and Apple Pencil. I do have some jittering when I don’t have it in tablet or tent mode. It runs lightburn (laser software) really well. I like the price, build quality, and looks. Very happy with my purchase. The next laptop I buy will have better color accuracy, other than that, it performs well.
