However, the mouse disappears when moving around the screen over blanks to fill in. Second, programs will just shut down. I have my email up and looking through it and all of a sudden it will just close. Due to this I am 50/50 if I would recommend this product.

To try to resolve this, first, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button. If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support for further assistance. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us, as it does not go unnoted.

Our salesperson, CeCe, recommended this after we explained that she wanted a computer with plenty of memory. To my dismay, she didn’t want a MacBook. She loves it! She’s a freshman in college and needed a computer with a better processor. The battery life is average, but she gave everything else high marks. This is a good choice to get her started. Thanks CeCe!
