    Product is great. However shipping was not. We expected delivery on Saturday so it could be used on Sunday. We were leaving on Monday for a couple of weeks and had to make arrangements with our neighbor to get off porch. Not happy with shipping.

    I was able to purchase cheaper by the option open box so i did and pick the laptop in different store . I bought the laptop in "good" state to my surprise laptop was with perfect condition not a single scratches on it very easy to pirchase and geek squad was the to help as well

    Sales man worked with me to select the best product for my needs. He helped me get the appropriate hardware and software needed for my use. Two weeks later I needed an extension and went back in the same salesman recognized me and helped me out outstanding service.
