I bought the laptop in "good" state to my surprise laptop was with perfect condition not a single scratches on it very easy to pirchase and geek squad was the to help as well

All fine and dandy until the mouse issues.

I tried reinstalling drivers, disabling extra HID mice, resetting the PC itself, screening for malware, using an external mouse/controller, turning off pointer precision, etc. The issue persists, and it is not the touch screen. The mouse is erratic and often causes me to accidentally close windows, and the pointer itself disappears completely at times. The issue is worse when video games are open, making them entirely unplayable. These issues have essentially rendered this laptop unusable. Really wanted to love this product, and everything else seems excellent, but it's mouse issues render it completely garbage.
