A real disappointment. It's got the specs. Ryzen 7, RAM and storage. However, after a straight trade-in I still see the same bug with the touch screen Wacom driver. I was going to ignore this at the time, but it's simply too annoying to continuously lose your cursor and have it jump to the upper right. If you happen to be clicking your mouse you inadvertently close your browser sessions. The workaround is to disable the Wacom driver, but then I don't have the touch screen that I paid for and need. After the trade-in I had begun to have numerous DNS issues straight out of the box as well. Never again Lenovo for me.

Hey GregO, we're sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your Yoga. To try to resolve this, first, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button. If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be required, in which we then recommend working with Lenovo Support for assistance. I purchased one for the Black Friday sale and it turned out to be a piece of junk!!! I owned it for 2 days and had to do a complete factory reset twice, once per LENOVO recommendations and once per MICROSOFT recommendations. Needless to say it was returned for a complete refund, however, the return went smoothly BEST BUY returned it no questions asked when I explained to them that the cursor randomly went where it wanted and I was told to do a reinstall twice on a laptop that was 2 days old.

Bought the Lenovo Yoga Intel Core Ultra 5 on August 12th. Barely two weeks after return policy expired, keypad started to freeze on and off. Called tech support who reinstalled remotely the graphic card... worked for one day. Now in addition to freezing keypad, all the letters are not working properly. Stay away!

Hey, MarkP. We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Yoga. For assistance, please keep in contact with Lenovo Support as we work diligently to resolve your issue, and confirm the item you purchased, as your review is tied to an AMD powered Yoga, but you stated you purchased a Core Ultra 5 CPU device. This can make a difference in the applied drivers on your system. Lenovo
