    This Lenovo laptop is a great, and expenctive laptop to use and a small product. I think lenovo is better than the Hp and usibg with AmD5.

    After 2 weeks the fingerprint access has stopped working, and cannot resolve, and Windows has crashed. Not the quality I expect from Lenovo

As stated in response to your last review, if you'd like, we wish to work with you to try to improve your experience.

      To start, fingerprint reader functionality issues and system stability can be attributed to problematic software and drivers. We recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

      If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts but the issue persists, you may attempt booting the computer in safe mode. In safe mode, problematic software can be isolated, and if the issue persists in safe mode, this could lead to discovering the root of the issue. To learn about entering and exiting safe mode, here's a link to a Lenovo Support site with details: https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/ht116905-how-to-enter-or-boot-to-safe-mode-in-windows-7-8-81-and-10

      If the software crashes in safe mode, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We then recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance.

    I think i mightve honestly gotten a defective laptop, unfortunately i cant ever get it connect to my college wifi without restarting it 5 times. I had geek squad uninstall and reinstall the wifi adapter or whatever, and they were great. But still not connecting, i might just reexchange or try to talk to lenovo. But even the wifi at home i have to do the same thing, everybody else gets full bars and i only get one. So i definitely think its the laptop.

      To start, while the Wi-Fi driver may have been reinstalled manually, surrounding components may need to be updated as well, as buggy software can affect driver functionality. We recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue.
