    Seams there were to busy to expand how things work. Only one guy on sat for a hour over the time set for us. I am not sure if you geek squad downloaded the stuff I paid for. The sale's people were great.

  • Laptop Freezes constantly

    This laptop has froze more times than I can count for simple things. I am not a gamer, so its not that the powerhouse is over worked, its simple actions, like google, or email that the screen just freezes. I have reset it, called support, and it still happens. May just be this particular one, but im not taking chances.

    Had a old macbook air I used before I purchased this computer. Would prefer the macbook over this, have had multiple bugs like touchpad not working, battery draining, computer not turning on and only had this for five months now.

    Just got the Lenovo Yoga 7 in Seashell and wow, this thing is beautiful. First off, the screen. It's OLED and it shows. Colors pop, blacks are actually black, and everything just looks... premium? Hard to explain but once you see it, regular laptop screens look washed out. The hinge feels really strong and sturdy. I was worried about this since it's a 2-in-1 and I've had flimsy hinges before, but Lenovo nailed it. Flips into tablet mode smoothly, holds at any angle, no wobble. Feels like it'll hold up over time. Performance has been great for everything I do: multiple browser tabs, streaming, some light photo editing. Never feels sluggish. Battery life is solid too, easily gets me through a full day without panicking about finding an outlet. The build quality just feels expensive. The aluminum body, the weight, how thin it is. It's the kind of laptop you actually want to show off at a coffee shop lol. Only tiny nitpick is the glossy screen can get reflective in bright sunlight, but honestly that's most OLED laptops and totally worth the tradeoff for how gorgeous it looks. Bottom line: Super happy with this purchase. Looks great, runs great, feels great. Highly recommend if you want something versatile and premium without breaking the bank.

    I think i mightve honestly gotten a defective laptop, unfortunately i cant ever get it connect to my college wifi without restarting it 5 times. I had geek squad uninstall and reinstall the wifi adapter or whatever, and they were great. But still not connecting, i might just reexchange or try to talk to lenovo. But even the wifi at home i have to do the same thing, everybody else gets full bars and i only get one. So i definitely think its the laptop.

      To start, while the Wi-Fi driver may have been reinstalled manually, surrounding components may need to be updated as well, as buggy software can affect driver functionality. We recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, applying all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well. Also, here’s a link to a Lenovo Support webpage (https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/videos/vid100753-trouble-connecting-to-the-internet-or-a-wireless-network) with troubleshooting steps and a video to aid in fixing this problem.

  • NEVER AGAIN "OUT OF BOX" - WORST BUY

    Out of box does not mean that it was checked out or even funcional -- TOTAL GARBAGE It appeared to work fine when turned on but Best Buy did not check out anything - and because I was no longer in the country became impossible for me to contact a customer service person. Lots of run arounds and there exists certain postings on facebook that are willing pretend they are Best Buy Customer Service and are nothing but SCAMS.
