I've had this laptop for about 3 weeks. Overall, I think it's decent. My main issue with it is it's upgradeability, which is non-existent. The RAM is soldered on and there are no expansion slots. 16GB of RAM is borderline unacceptable these days, even if your primary usage of a computer is not gaming. It is limiting. There is also no option to upgrade secondary storage. The only truly positive comments I have about this computer relate to its build quality and its display. It's built like a tank. I am unsure about the material used and I'm too lazy to look it up right now, but it is some sort of metal. The display is OLED, which is the best available. It's like the leather of displays. I won't be going back. I got the laptop on sale. I paid $600 for it. If I had paid more than that, I would be upset. Still, I thought about exchanging it. I decided to keep it though.

I recently bought this laptop, and I’m really happy with it. It’s very easy to use, and the large screen looks great, making it perfect for work, streaming, or browsing. The keyboard is soft and comfortable to type on, and I really like that the keyboard backlight can be adjusted, which is super convenient in different lighting conditions. Another feature I love is that the screen is touch-enabled, and the 2-in-1 design lets you fold it completely to use it like a tablet. This makes it incredibly versatile and practical for any situation. Overall, it’s a modern, functional, and very useful laptop that I definitely recommend.

The laptop is good value for money. The built quality is exceptionally good and touch screen and display resolution is top notch. I have been using this for a month and I never felt laggy or getting stuck. The keyboard keys are spaced correctly and typing makes easy for my big and fat fingers. Overall I recommend 10/10 with the features and quality at this price point. Lastly thank you Best Buy for providing me wide range of options and help me choose the right fit me.

This is a great laptop. Feels super premium with the Aluminum case. It's a bit heavy and tablet mode is not the easiest to use, but that's on par for a 16in PC. The performance is fast and I haven't noticed any sluggishness at all. I really like that is has Windows Hello features like face recognition and a fingerprint reader. Only downside is the RAM is soldered in, so there is no upgrade-ability but I knew that going in.

The laptop is great. It has everything that’s needed for my son’s classes. The touch screen is a very nice touch and the screen size is great as well. I look for to having this computer for a few years. The sales associate was extremely helpful.

Bought it for mom. She loves it. Very large beautiful screen. Has all the bell and whistles. Touch screen and backlit keyboard. Can also use it as a tablet.

I have to admit that this is a good laptop. I does what it needs to do. I love the Keyboard, its super soft. The screen is very good, I don't have any issues with it. However, the thing I don't like that much is the transition from laptop to tablet because you can hear like a little crunch when doing it; I guess this sound comes from the metal thing that conects the laptop and keyboard, so I would say this is normal, not much of a problem. The 16" screen is perfect for me, if you like multitasking like me, it's going to be perfect. By the way, I loved the laptop color!!! The sheashell color is perfect.

The Lenovo laptop is working exceeding well. I am very thankful with my purchase. It has fast speed connections, touch screen, and a slick keyboard.

This laptop is great I had a Lenovo that broke and upgrade to this one, it works great and thankful for Tay for helping and explaining specs. We have spoken several time over the weeks while I watched for a sale and helped me secure this one. Anything by Lenovo is great i take notes on it all the time with the stylus. I was against big screens at first but it helps when I do side by side view. I love that it can unlock with fingerprint when in tablet mode. The pen connects right away, has great palm rejection and it took a minimum of 40 mins to set up new out the box. Would recommend this to any student like me especially nursing students

This laptop is amazing! touch screen, foldable and FAST! the screen is 16 inches and the keyboard is illuminated. Lenovo has proven to be a brand to be reckoned with since its debut in all its products and I defiantely recommend this A++

Great notebook, with very nice resolution. Keys are very soft and user friendly. Highly recommended.

My husband just purchased this laptop for me. It’s the best thing I ever seen and had back light clear vision, easy to function stand all kinds of ways.

I love this laptop. I had to upgrade because of the Windows 11 situation. There are so many different features of this laptop that are so surprising and wonderful.

Great Laptop Good Looks Functionality Ease of Use Light Efficient

HP ALL DAY! I decided to upgrade my old HP Spectre for a new windows computer. HP is Phasing the Spectre line out with these new OMNI books. This laptop had a great deal so I'm using the LENOVO and it's not as sleek or professional as my First GEN HP Spectre. Plus my Spectre was 13/14 inch this is a 16 inch and the portability is not as good as a 13/14 inch laptop. My review could be a bit biased since I have more HP products. The HP OMNI Book Ultra X flip may have this LENOVO beat. The 16 inch is HUGE! far as portability for a student I'm not sure if this would be something I would want to carry around from class to class on any campus.

It was good product but didnt liked screen quality Although sometimes it hangs too so idk maybe it not worth buying

LOVE THIS WODERFUL TABLET.It has a light up keyboard,which for me with vision issues is a plus. It has a small areaon right side of keyboard, for fingerprint log in. The 6 hour battery life is also a positive. For a 13 inch screen size, it is juste the right size to do web surfing, watch movies,or type in a Journal. I bought a second keyboard to use that lights up and has a trackpad. The greatest thng of all is it is foldable,l8ke an A frame and you dont need the keyboard to use. I wa5ch movies this way

Due to the higher than average vertical measurement it makes it difficult to balance on the lap which i like to do when viewing my flatscreen while conducting functions on the Lenovo. The height of the laptop also makes it cumbersome to open and close. Secondly it gets very warm nearly hot on the bottom of unit. I believe this is because the vent is on the bottom. I have to prop it up to allow it to vent at the bottom. This laptop is not thin or lightweight. More ports are needed .I do think the screen quality is excellent , the backlit keyboard works well for me. Windows 10 does not really impress me so far but is what it is. I am enjoying the co-pilot ..fun and informative. I am using co-pilot often. Has nice features which allows it to fold over to act as pad or you can set it up like a tent. I personally will not use this much but it is available.Battery life is good. Best feature of this laptop for me is the picture quality and ease of operating. Overall if you want a laptop that is on the larger size and thus can be your home computer too you will like it. If you want to travel with it you may want to consider a laptop lighter in weight and bit smaller in screen height. Better yet get a tablet for travel lighter in weight.

This has been working great, very fast, easy to use. Battery life seems to hold up well. I had had it for about 4 weeks now.
