Excellent Laptop, Bad exchange policy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.What I got had driver issues and sound went away, therefore I decided to exchange on 2nd day of purchase but couldn't and just had to return because the price went up $500, which I think shouldn't be called exchange facility as you have to grab different offer. At least this is what best buy employee said. The laptop itself is suppose to be better then previous 9th gen but this generation has chassis seesawing issues as mine also had it. I have the 9th generation one, the setup was smooth and runs amazing till this day which is intel one. I wanted the white color so I decided to choose amd, but couldn't even got to enjoy as it started having issue when I first tried to setup this laptop. PROS: The battery life is amazing going above 10 hours due efficient ai 350 chip. You can also game on it. The keyboard is slightly better than previous 9th gen and the coating feels amazing. This feels lighter than 9th gen. It is also taller as you can see in image. It is comfortable to hold due to weight distribution. The screen is slightly yellow to protect eyes.

Luckily, I'd also bought a 3-yr extended warranty, and since BB wasn't able to fix it in 30 days, I was able to pick up this one to replace it. So far, I've had zero complaints, and in one way, this computer's better, as the other didn't have a numeric keyboard (which is so useful).

Charger for this laptop 65w

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Be aware that the charger that plugs into the wall for this laptop has a black cover that is perfectly fit around the plug and it’s warning is so tiny and hard to see that I missed it and now the charger got so hot that, thankfully, caused the laptop to completely shut down and it was protected, but the charger is burn up, and I have to buy a new one now. Apparently this happens a lot, and the girl that helped us at Best Buy didn’t know anything about this laptop so she didn’t know to warn us. Otherwise, Lenovo appears to be a great product. I’m still checking it out after I get my new charger.

Nice product but take those comments. no easy cases that works in a market for this laptops

Also, please check for and apply any available updates through Lenovo Vantage and Windows Update Settings to help ensure you are using the latest software and drivers to ensure your system is using the newest power regulation version. To check for updates, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
