This is a very good company! I bought my laptop in 2020.. My mother needed a laptop cause her old one was made by a crappy company that allowed it to get hacked and shut her computer down & they wouldn't help her. So I bought her a Lenovo! Mines is 5 yrs old and works great!!! I posted a pic of the laptops side by side. See if u can tell which is which!

I had always used Apple products and this was my first attempt at anything other. The way the touchpad is located, I hit the control button constantly while typing which causes the display to zoom out when touching the pad. This is constant, and I have tried every single setting and looking online. The touchpad sensitivity is awful. Just to “click” I have to physically push the pad, which is just thesame as having to physically click the pad down. I work remote and to run my programming, the computer has to reboot each and every time I open the program. When using as a tablet, the screen is so big it’s impossible to hold. I have to be laying down and it sitting on my hips and held with my legs. You cannot swipe to type and it’s impossible to use both hands to type so trying to type anything takes significantly longer than using my phone. There is not a good feature to look at all open programs. You have to physically open the taskbar to find what you were previously on. There is no screen protector available and they don’t make cases that allow you to go to tablet mode. It overheats every single time I use it. I had to buy a lap table AND a physical fan that it sits on and even then it is hot to the touch even to the point resting my arms while typing is uncomfortable

Love our Lenova Yoga. It is a great recommendation even though there are a few things I haven’t used yet. Love the size, the attributes and the each features that are used with our photos such as memories. Love that we can save unto the cloud. Need to clean out unneeded files and will do so as we explore all out options

This is my first Lenovo. Typically an HP girl; however, I really love this device. The transitions are smooth, the processer is fast, and not glitchy at all. I can watch movies online, while on TEAMS calls, with lots of Excel sheets opens and everything runs smoothly and consistently. Have not used the flip screen option yet; however, looking forward to reading or watching videos on my tripe to China in two weeks.

Battery life is pretty good. It has different battery modes that allow it to last longer when unplugged depending on the stuff you're doing

System feels so smooth and responds like a dream, the buttons are functional and the touch screen makes life just easy. I forgot my passcode to get in and it was easy to switch to the fingerprint scanner

Excellent mid-range computer

I had previously purchased an HP computer about 3 years ago, and it died. Luckily, I'd also bought a 3-yr extended warranty, and since BB wasn't able to fix it in 30 days, I was able to pick up this one to replace it. So far, I've had zero complaints, and in one way, this computer's better, as the other didn't have a numeric keyboard (which is so useful).

Charger for this laptop 65w

Be aware that the charger that plugs into the wall for this laptop has a black cover that is perfectly fit around the plug and it’s warning is so tiny and hard to see that I missed it and now the charger got so hot that, thankfully, caused the laptop to completely shut down and it was protected, but the charger is burn up, and I have to buy a new one now. Apparently this happens a lot, and the girl that helped us at Best Buy didn’t know anything about this laptop so she didn’t know to warn us. Otherwise, Lenovo appears to be a great product. I’m still checking it out after I get my new charger.
