I am really enjoying the thin light weight and portability of this computer. The solid state hard drive makes it boot really fast. The screen is a nice sice and really clear. I am getting use to the touch screen instead of the mouse and like it. Being able to pinch and zoom is a big plus.

This Lenovo laptop has been great to have. The battery life could be better, but I believe it could also be much worse. On a typical charge, it estimates 4-6 hours before needing to be plugged in to charge. The graphics and sound on thia computer are amazing for the price. Before this product, I only purchased cheap HP and Gateway laptops and I'm so glad I decided to spend more than I usually would to get a good item - the difference in ease to use, as well as graphics and sound, is well worth the price. Many other reviewers mentioned the sound that the fan makes as being loud. I sometimes am able to hear the fan, but for the most part, it is not very noticeable. Like I did, I wouldn't let the fear of that be a determining factor in your buying.

Laptop is great size and build quality and touch screen is a nice feature. Fan isn't as loud as others say. Display is vibrant. Not a fan of Windows 10 and right shift key is a bit annoying being pretty far.

What more could anyone want? The Lenovo Yoga 710 is light weight, fits well on both my lap and in my bag and is fast! Very pleased with my purchase after several Dell computers. Way to go Lenovo!

Overall I like this laptop. It's a nice size to easily be transported between my home and my office. I don't like where the shift key on the right-hand side of the keyboard is. I continuously hit the page up button instead of the shift key so that is taking some getting used to. I also had some problems with the audio driver. Using bluetooth or external speakers via a USB cable apparently messed with the driver and caused the sound to stop working when the laptop wasn't connected to either of those options. I have GeekSquad though and they were able to help me out and seemed to have fixed the problems. I think they just reinstalled the drivers. So far, my only grievances are minor!

I worried this laptop would break easily having read Lenovo was a fragile brand. I was wrong. My girlfriend flipped out and slammed it on the floor twice. Understandably the screen was broken but I could still see through the cracks and it runs like new. The specs and price are also perfect for school. I go to UTA studying for computer engineering and it is more than capable to handle everything. Plus it is small and light. The limited ports with mini HDMI and no usb- c would have taken a star had it not been for the awesome durability. The hard drive is a small but it's fast and I have a 2tb portable for music and other stuff. I store all my homework files on one drive anyway as well to keep backed up and save space. I am very happy with purchase. I had gone through 4 other laptops with prices ranging from 400 to 1500 and this is the one I kept.

This is a decent buy. Pros : It has a decent battery life.Very light and easy to move it around. The only cons is the right shift key on the keyboard. I had to reassign some of the keys.

I had my eye on this laptop for awhile. I researched for a couple months and didn't want to spend that much on a laptop and this had decent reviews for a midrange laptop. I read and watched all the reviews and decided to pull the trigger when it went on sale. I thought maybe it was an over exaggeration on the fan noise. But when I got it, yes the fan ran almost constantly. It wasn't terrible but subconsciously, it got to me because it was in the back of my mind. So I ended up returning it and purchased the HP Spectre when it went on sale.

I'm a student and have to use my laptop frequently for classwork both in and out of the classroom. This Yoga laptop is great for my needs, it handles my programming and graphic design work/programs with ease. I love the flip feature especially for graphic design when paired with a good stylus. My only complaint would be that Google Chrome has some issues on touch-screen, Windows 10 machines and I lose the mouse pointer in Chrome frequently. This is a bug in Chrome's programming however, not the laptop's, so I can live with it and hope that Chrome will fix it. The fan runs semi-frequently but it doesn't bother me as I'm always listening to music anyway.

Product is easy to use and fast. Does everything I need. Charger cord broke three weeks after purchase Best Buy offered absolutely no help. Told me to call Lenovo and wouldn't even give me a phone number. Next time I'll buy elsewhere.

I love everything about this laptop. It's lightweight, has Bluetooth, and connects to WIFI easily. Transitioning from laptop to tablet mode is flawless. Microsoft Office works great. I use it everyday, including right now. I would recommend it to anyone, especially students looking for a great and lightweight laptop to take on campus everyday.

I'm a Mac guy but needed a new laptop for work. Landed on this one and I am very happy. Great speed, light enough to bring with me daily and the screen is bright and crisp.

I've only had this laptop for 2 weeks, so I am not able to comment on long term reliablity, but I will comment on my experience so far. I used a combination of online reviews, youtube videos and a couple vsits to my local Best Buy to choose this laptop. I was comparing the Dell Inspirion, Asus Zenboox UX330 and this Yoga 710. My main uses are photoshop, watching Sling TV, MSOffice, and internet browsing. Online reviews for each of these machines, while somewhat mixed, were overall positive. I was looking for an SSD, 8gb RAM, i5 Kaby Lake and IPS Screen and backlit keyboard. The initial main selling point to me on the Yoga 710 was the 14" screen. I feel it's a great size compared to 13.3" and 15.6" and that is what initially drew me towards the Yoga. After visting my local Best Buy on 2 separate occasions to touch the Yoga and Dell Inspiron 7000, I was sold on the Yoga. The screen was brighter, the look much more premium and the 14" screen size sold me. The keyboard has a much nicer feel too. I never saw the Zenbook in person so I never got to physically compare it. The Yoga is beautiful, the very thin bezel screen looks very high end and is super bright and colorful. The all metal construction is also beautiful. Yes the right shift key takes a little to get used to but not a deal breaker for me. The machine has minimal bloatware and boots up super fast. I am not having issues with the fan running too much and overall am 100% happy.

I like how the screen has a range of motion, the system itself is easy and simple, it's touch screen, and it's not complicated too function. Best part, it's super light!

This computer provides the functionality of a laptop and tablet. Screen resolution great. Battery life is so much better then my previous laptop. Love the touchscreen

I bought this after reading Consumer Reports review of lap top computers with this screen size. (It had to be one of the easiest sales the associate had that day.) Sharp display. The battery lasts long enough for the meetings and conferences I go to. It's light and thin, so it's no problem to travel with it. I very pleased that you can go touch screen, wireless mouse, or touch pad without fiddling around. Incredibly versatile and powerful. Not having a CD reader is no problem at all. I was concerned at first. I wish it had one or two more USB ports, but that's not a fatal flaw. Only one USB port is powered, so you can't recharge more than one additional device at a time. (Ho hum) The rest of the machine is incredible, and well worth the money.

This computer starts up very quickly, is quiet, thin, light weight, and great screen. The only issue I have is the right "Shift" button is only half the size of other computers and when I am working in Microsoft Word I continually hit the "Page Up" instead of the "Shift" resulting in the cursor jumping up on the page and inserting what I'm typing up on the page. This is very frustrating and therefore I would not purchase this computer if I were to do it again. I would not recommend.

fast, works great, very satisfied. I have a few laptops and really didnt need one but after taking the time to look this one over I was very satisfied with its performance and glad I decided to purchase.

Lightest laptop I've ever used! The touchscreen works better than my last one. Only thing I'm not sold on yet is the touchpad as I cannot control it as well as previous, but that may be my learning curve.
