||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I looked at many reviews before purchasing this laptop and I actually planned on getting a Samsung but the Samsung was a little too pricey for me, but I am so glad I changed my mind and went with this Lenovo! What I love about this laptop: Startup is easy and fast, and I love that I didn't have to spend unnecessary hours deleting useless programs that take up space. I love how easily I can switch from the keyboard to the touchscreen and so far I've had no issues with either. However, I definitely recommend using something besides your finger for the touchscreen or else you will see nothing but your fingerprints and smudges ( I use the rubber end of my stylus pen). I haven't had any problems so far but I don't like how heavy the screen is because it makes it a little difficult to open once it's fully shut but if that is my only problem I'll take it! I mainly use this laptop for school and would recommend it to anyone in college or someone just looking to use it for work or home.

Screen is nice. Good clarity. My biggest problem- my cannon printer (wireless) worked with this computer until recently. Now it will not print to/from it. My printer works fine with my Toshiba computer, Dell notebook, MAC computer and ipad.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo Yoga 710-15. Concerning the fingerprint reader, there was a Windows 10 update recently that may have effected the fingerprint reader driver. Follow the link below to look for new driver updates for your specific system. You can also run diagnostics from the Lenovo site as well. As always, be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes. You can do this by just typing "restore point" in the search window within Cortana and follow the link to create a restore point. Here is the link:

Love my Yoga, but has a few quirks

Only complaint is that sometimes the trackpad settings seem to be "ignored" and it starts behaving by the default settings, which I have changed quite a bit. I have to go in to the settings and though they are still set the way I intended, I have to re-click apply and all goes back to normal. I think this is more prominent after updates are applied but I haven't paid close attention.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo Yoga 710-15. This is a high performance system with its Intel Core I-5-7200U processor, 8GB of RAM and 256GB solid state hard drive. It will generate heat whenever it is turned on, even at idle, this is normal. The onboard fan will maintain the proper operating temperature for the device. You will hear the fan whenever it runs, this too is normal.
