Screen is also very good,, without much reflection even when it faces the sunlight. It's very light, thin, and looks great. Just what I need. The only cons is it seems the 12.5 inch screen is a bit small, so I take one star off. If I buy again in future I might go with 13.3 inch. For now I think I might get used to the size.

If that’s fixed easy 5 stars but for now just 4.

This system has a 3CELL 36WH, Lithium Polymer battery, with a battery life of up to 6 hours, depending on the work that the device is performing. Be sure there are no unwanted programs running in the background, draining the battery. Here is a link to some tips for finding out what is draining your battery:

If there are no unwanted programs running, to maximize battery life, try changing your power management setting to a more conservative one. There is, obviously, a learning curve when switching not only devices but manufacturers, as well. I'm still in the learning phase of my relationship with the Lenovo so can't give it 5 stars yet. 4 stars easily, however.

There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.

The Lenovo YOGA as a tablet is responsive and innovative. As a laptop, there are some minor issues with the operating system. Still, it is not as stable as an Mac OS.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.horrid firmware had to install windows to fix speaker issues (games would glitch sound, but the video sound quality was on point #firmwareissues), then the mouse didn't work, had to restart the computer for the mouse to work (due to the windows update) So factory restored and returned, explained to the sales guy. the worse part is the specs on the computer is not worth the price. Pros: lightweight, good for work use only. Cons: Firmware is horrid, bad spec for the price even for an ultrabook Summary: Lenovo needs to step it up to Dell's XPS

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Yoga 720-12. This system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a very small pin hole on the right side of the device, right near the power button on the device. You will need a pin to push this reset button. Plug the device in. Let the battery charge for about 15 minutes. Push the reset button. The system should boot to a choice screen where you can choose "Restore To Factory Default". Select this. It will delete everything from the hard drive except the original factory install of the operating system. You will need to reinstall all programs and files after the reset. If you don't have copies of the files, try to make one before you restore by selecting "Boot to desktop" and trying to back up your files.

The computer starts up quick and handles my tasks with ease(web browsing, word processing, basic website building,etc.). I was a little Leary of the thumb print login, but am surprisingly impressed so far. The only wish was that it had an HDMI connection. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the mouse (this may be my fault but have not found an easy way to correct). If the computer goes into standby the mouse will go away and result In having to use the touchscreen.

Follow the link below to look for new driver updates for your specific system. Use the "Update Your System" feature to be sure you get all of the BIOS and drive updates for your specific device. As always, be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes. You can do this by just typing "restore point" in the search window within Cortana and follow the link to create a restore point. I'm having to use an older computer because the USB ports weren't properly keeping the devices tightly. I had to send the computer back this past weekend to install another mother board in order to have the ports holding items properly.

With a smaller memory, downloading software is not always an option. I use the free version of Office without having to buy the license. I love the fingerprint scanner and how fast it boots up. An external drive is a good option for file storage. Bought this an open box with no regrets. Excellent deal

Didn’t want to spend a lot. This was an open box item. I had one before A few years ago and returned it. The cursor kept jumping in the screen. I was really skeptical and spoke with the Geek Squad member who actually certified the device. He explained to me reasons why people return items and it’s not always that something was wrong with the device. Then I remembered why I returned my previous Lenovo. What I didn’t know what there are settings that control the sensitivity of the cursor. This is a great laptop for nearly half the cost at the time.
