First of all, the fan is not running most of the time; when it does run, I hear it but it is not distracting. I probably wouldn't notice it if I hadn't been worried about it. This is the perfect size laptop with a screen that is plenty big, bright, and clear; but perfect for portability. I love the backlit keyboard and ability to adjust the brightness of it. I do wish it had another USB port.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I LOVE my Yoga, but I'm glad I ended up going to the BB location on Capital Boulevard instead of Crabtree because the guy definitely ripped me off. I was told that the Yoga didn't come in 13.3" with only 4GB...but it's funny because the second location I went to was able to exchange my 11.6" for the 13.3" (both of which had 4GB of memory). But yeah overall, I would recommend this laptop. It's very lightweight and portable, while the flexibility contributes even more to my satisfaction.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Yoga 720-13. If you ever have issues with the touchpad again, check the HotKey in the F6 position on this device. It toggles the touchpad function on/off. Be sure the touchpad hasn't inadvertently been turned off.

Posted .This is a high performance laptop with its Intel Core I-5-7200U processor. It is normal for the fan to run to maintain normal operating temperatures. It is also normal to hear the fan when it is running.

If it can please students and doesn’t cost $2000 like an Apple. Just purchase antivirus for protection

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.PROS -360 hinge -back lit keyboard -1 usb A 2 usb C (options) -great screen -okay performance -webcam on the top (funny i have to say that now that laptops are putting in chin cams) CONS -bad battery life (4-5 hrs) -fan noise (felt like fan was almost always on) -the sharp edges aren't the most pleasant if you want to rest it on your chest while lying down - looks too similar to my lenovo yoga 2 -don't really like the gray on gray as far as the keyboard is concerned -power button on side so it can mistakenly be pressed if its lying on its side -surface gets scratched up pretty easily

Posted .The battery life on this device is 6 to 8 hours, depending on the work the device is doing. Check to be sure there are no unwanted programs running in the background. Concerning fan noise, this constant running of the fan might be due to unwanted programs running in the background, also causing your battery to drain. If you feel there are no unwanted programs running, there may be BIOS updates for your specific system. Follow the link below to look for new driver updates for your specific system. You can also run diagnostics from the Lenovo site as well. As always, be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes. You can do this by just typing "restore point" in the search window within Cortana and follow the link to create a restore point. I was looking for a laptop that can turn into a tablet and this did exactly that. It's also great because it is so light so it is easy to carry around in my backpack. Books are heavy enough, I don't want to add a lot of weight. Nice and thin as well.
