I didn't buy this from BestBuy although the price was very good at BestBuy store. Pretty decent computer, I would say. I am not very happy with the keyboard (some keys have to be pressed multiple times), but that might not be generic to the brand. Another minor problem is that it heats up more while charging than my old Lenovo IdeaPad. I am not sure if this is the problem of new kinds of processor, since my last one was a fourth generation i5. It boots unimaginably fast. I mainly do coding and I am okay with the speed till now. Overall, I am happy with it.

The resolution is very crisp. This CPU and graphic card can do serious gaming. But the battery life is disappointing, usually I only get less than 4 hrs out of it, which mean is really not that mobile.

This laptop is really, really AMAZING! Either for basic use or graphic design!

Bought two of these laptops for my sons to use in college, while at the same time wanting to make certain that they were able to handle the graphics demands of gaming without being too heavy and too expensive. This laptop achieved all my objectives. My sons are very happy with them and if they stop playing games long enough to study and get good grades, so will I. The first two received had defective screens that had a black line starting at the top right of the screen that ran at an angle across the top of the screen. I returned them to Best Buy and they were replaced with laptops that were not defective without any problems. These laptops have the most advanced USB Type-C connectors which is great but you may want to also buy a USB Type-C to HDMI Multiport Adapter with Power Delivery in order to connect to TVs and other components that have older connections.

This laptop covers all our business needs. I also use it for everyday ideas.

I have always been a DELL fan, but have used Lenovo for work purposes. When I went into my local store, and learned about the capabilities of this laptop, I was hooked! Speedy startup. Love the touch screen. and the keyboard is pretty good.

This thing is was only a tad over a grand, 4k gorilla glass i7 quadcore16/512. I dont see how one could complain- nothing close for the money.

While traveling, my computer failed and restarted after three days when a tech opened it up to retrieve data, Same thing happened back home the following week. After trying out several laptops. I discovered the productivity of Window Ink and decided to get best laptop I could for Windows Ink. After my experience of a hardware failure twice I also purchased a second laptop to keep in reserve and use windows ink for better support of my artist wife's gallery's media. I was so impressed with reviews and specs on the Lenovo 720 I bought a third one for my son to enhance his internet teaching using the productivity of Windows Ink. Additionally we're planning to buy another 720 13 for a granddaughter to take to college. I'm a retired Professional Engineer who has taught programming and managed acquisition and operation of large computer systems.

I am a full time University student and bought this computer to use for Art, Music, and Gaming. I am very pleased so far with how it's been working. It's very easy to draw using a bamboo tablet pen though the pen nib doesn't move across the physical surface of the screen as smoothly as I'd ideally like. It also has done very well for a nongaming laptop with the games I have played so far (Awesomenaughts, Ori and the Blind Forest, and Prey (2017)). The computer seems really ideal for someone wanting to do a little bit of everything without sacrificing quality.

I have had many many computers (started with DOS) & this is my favorite. The screen is large and bright, keys easy to use & light weight when moving around. Also - a great word about the companies, Lenovo & Best Buy. I had purchased a Lenovo & after some months the hard drive failed. Between the great service of Best Buy and Lenovo, I had a total refund on that computer - easy peasy for me, perhaps much trouble for Best Buy, I don't know. Thus, I purchased this wonderful YOGA from Best Buy. With service like that I will always be a Best Buy & Lenovo customer

Plenty of power to run matlab and solid works with ease. Fantastic for taking notes on screen with my Bamboo pen! Don't need so many notebooks and I can still write and draw in my class notes. It's also really light for the size.

I know Lenovo isn't as "known" of a brand like Dell, HP, etc in the Windows realm but I knew about it because at my corporate job we used them for about 7 years. We had the bulky, heavy ones (very similar to the model military uses for durability) so when it came from looking for my own personal laptop I wanted to see if they had something lighter because I NEVER had any issues with this brand nor did any of my 25+ co workers. I was sooooo happy to know they had the model YOGA. The more I learned about the laptop, the more it was perfect for me. I could use it as a tablet when going into meetings with my clients and write note sand diagrams to then e-mail them easily. The pen was extra to use this feature but totally reasonable in price and worth it.

Fast machine great keyboard good screen 4K but no SD card slot only two USBs plus one mini battery life is not as advertised but that's typical.

I absolutely 100% loved this computer until after having it for 3 days... I got a black line on the right side at the top of the screen. After googling this issue... I see that a ton of people have this issue as well which makes me mad this model is still available for purchase. I love everything about this computer but will be returning because of this and I will probably never buy this brand again.

I want to love this computer, but I have the black bar issue many others are reporting (a black bar that runs the length of the screen is slowly drifting down the screen). It seems to be an actual physical defect with the screen, NOT a driver issue, as Lenovo keeps replying in these comments. Updating my drivers did nothing. Shame -- it's a nice computer otherwise.
