This computer is perfect for doing pretty much anything. With the 4K screen it is great for video watching and with the Nvidia graphics card this computer is also good for gaming

VERY GOOD LAPTOP. HAS SOLID STATE DRIVE AND BOOTS IN LESS THAN 10 SECONDS. HARD DRIVE COULD BE A LITTLE LARGER BUT ALL IN ALL A GOOD CHOICE.

I have had this for a week now and I am very impressed! I have not had any problems with the fan noise, that must have been fixed on this newer model. I was transferring large files over USB, while watching 4k videos on YouTube, and had multiple browser tabs open. Not only was it quiet, the thing didn't even get that warm. My only complaint is that it is not available in the darker finish. Other than that, this machine is fantastic.

on paper it looks as a great more versatile alternative to the very popular XPS 15 and marginally cheaper. For students or more media consumers than creators the Yoga 720 should be a great option to take notes and to watch videos. But there a few glitches that pushed me to return it; 1) out of the box, the cpu's turbo is disabled so when pushed it will coast at around 2.8Ghz instead of more common 3.3-3.5Ghz. while fixing this was a easy "hack", I cannot help but wonder what is lenovo hiding behind such decision? insufficient cooling; long life concerns; 2) decision to limit ram to 24gb (one 8gb soldered) one available slot; concerns for "future proof"; 3) the whole device looks quite fragile/delicate, not something that will last if continously put in yoga mode over normal nonperfect surfaces; in fact, my unit had a tiny dent in a hinge out of the box. 4) on a related matter, the keyboard remains exposed while in yoga mode; it will be better/safer the X1 Yoga or P40 Yoga trick of receding the keyboard while in yoga. 5) at this price point, the wacom pen should be included and not an additional purchase. 5) no video output, not even display port or hdmi, you need dongls with the thunderbolt 3; why? if this is meant for media consumption.

Graphics Card causes laptop to overheat. Not meant for gaming purposes despite being marketed that way. It is great for someone wanting a 4k screen and touchscreen. It is a bit heavy to use as a tablet though. Sometimes has errors when switching modes. I wouldn't buy again due to poor thermal paste and overheating.

This is a super quick and easy to use laptop. It looks and feels amazing. The screen quality is so good. I'm really happy with this purchase. I bought two one for my wife and I.

This is a great laptop for basic internet functions, media workloads, and a bit of gaming. Also great battery life and fast ssd. Only wish there was a 1TB version.

Best purchase. Simple to set up. Quick processing. Keyboard is well designed and easy to type. Handles all my personal and professional files. Highly recommend

This laptop starts up very fast. I love the finger print reader to log in. Everything is very smooth. Could use a bigger hard drive. But nothing to knock off a star.

I bought this laptop to replace my desktop gaming system. One I bought the extra usb/hdmi adapters, this thing is fast enough to run my oculus! Great computer!!

I got it and used it for last month, very good machine. Pro: well built, quality screen, has nice color, and very bright. CPU and SSD are fast, no lag. minimal bloatware. very thin and light weight for laptop with 4k and 1050. Cons: CUP is kept at base frequency, no turbo. keyboard is harsh to type. previously reported screen problem has been fixed, I never noticed issue.

I needed a laptop mainly for busines, but decided to upgrade to this one after seeing the awesome graphics and the many possibilities for the tablet feature.

I bought this to run Cad. It works very well. It can handle anything I can throw at it.

I'm so happy with this wide-screen, thin-as-paper laptop. The i7 processor is fast and the graphics card makes it possible to play some very cool games.

Happy with it. I use it for graphic design and Adobe programs run well on it. One thing I don't like is there's no number pad on the right. Not a big deal, though. I did have to change a graphics card setting because it was glitching really badly while I skyped- looked like the static on old TVs. Haven't encountered any more problems with that recently though. All in all pretty good!

Practical for university level coding program - not the top of the line but does the job. Computer is heavy however for carting to and from classes - only 13" model with necessary specs for program was more expensive and newer with less memory, otherwise would've gone with the 13" rather than 15" for better portability. Would not recommend if planning to cart it around regularly.

Can’t say enough good things about this laptop. It is powerful and has all the features you would want to have. It is perfect... I love it!
