I am no techie but was able to setup this product without Geek Squad Support. Very easy to connect Win7 devices including printer , DVD, VGA, pen, and Hdmi devices. The games run very smooth. Web-Cloud Apps respond as expected. The issue with Google Browser black screen was easily fixed (thanks Geek Squad) by turning off Advanced Setting <Hardware Acceleration>. No regrets purchaing this product.

It's exactly what you expect and pay for. Nothing more or less. Great looking screen, responsive touch, not too loud, and decent enough performance.

I wanted a lot out of a 2 in 1, and this one delivers. (And for a lot less than other models with the same features.) The solid state drive, the 16 GB of RAM and the quad-core processor really make it fast. And the 4K screen is so bright and beautiful, it really makes me happy. Lastly, the look and feel of the computer is high end. So while I spent more than I originally wanted to spend, I feel like I got my money's worth, every time I look at it. If I had to choose a con, it would be that there aren't many USB ports, but it hasn't caused me any issues as of yet.

When i first started looking for a computer for school, I knew i needed something fast, reliable and secure...and i got that with this laptop. I wasn't expecting the glitz and glamor of a new apple product, but When I first opened up the box, i was shocked to discover Lenovo seemed to have adopted that little bit from Apple,which made buying this product that much more.

This is the only non-Mac machine I have ever seen with a decent trackpad. Performance is comparable with other quad-core i7 machines with SSDs that I use (Apple MacBook Pro and HP ZBook). Only flaw I noticed was that the auto-brightness setting caused a minor but annoying display flicker. Disabling auto-brightness in Windows Settings corrected this problem. Perhaps Lenovo will release a driver update that fixes this. Contrary to the salesperson's assertion, the machine in fact has a fan. I don't mind as I was expecting to find this was the case. (And overall the Best Buy salesperson was very courteous and extremely helpful.) So far the fan has only come on for heavy file transfers when migrating from an older machine. Otherwise this Lenovo is so very quiet, especially when compared to my work-provided HP ZBook.

This laptop is powerful enough to run autocad while also being lightweight enough to carry from office to job site. Touch screen is a plus.

Great laptop. Use it for business purposes. Has alot of space as well as fast connectivity. What i do not like it the lack of a ethernet cable port. I had to buy an adapter which was annoying, however still overall a very nice laptop.

Picked up this laptop and was blow away. For the specification it is fast and works great. Unit switches between Laptop mode and tablet mode without issues or hesitation. 4k display is great I tested a bunch of backgrounds and 2 movies.

Built Quality is bad, the screen was bent/arched when it's closed and it was not flush also when closed. The screen felt very delicate as if you have to really handle it like a baby or it will break/bend. The wifi on it also had a problem, it kept disconnecting/reconnecting from my router, sometimes it just doesn't reconnect. My other devices in the house does not have this problem. This is my first Lenovo as i've read that lenovo's built quality was above average, but don't know why mine was like this. Have returned it and exchanged for the HP Spectre X360 which so far the quality feels more rigid and does not have the wifi issue. When i went to return/exchange, i saw that the display model also had the same arching problem so maybe it's this model lineup. The wifi issue i have tried a couple of fixes found on the internet but none worked. These are the only 2 issues i have with this laptop but it's already bad enough and i couldn't do much with it if i'm working on something that requires constant internet connectivity. Can't even watch a clip on youtube. Performance speed wise, it's very fast and especially on boot up. I will think twice before purchasing another Lenovo in the future

This is by far one of the best PCs I've owned especially at this great price. It's extremely powerful and has a great look to it, I love the 4K display and the fingerprint scanner just like my phone. I run Adobe premiere on here and it does an awesome job on all my edits and renders. I'm so glad I went this route over a Mac book pro or the HP specter even tho I like the way they both look this machine is far more powerful and still looks great and it was cheaper than both. It was a no brainer. And for those of you who are confused about the 8th generation i7 VS the 7th generation i7 HQ just know the HQ is still king and out performs the 8th in most benchmarks. If you're on the fence the 720 is the way to go
