We have always had good experience with Lenovo's products. After viewing a number of small (14" screen) laptops, it came down to a Dell vs Lenovo. Both laptops were similarly configured: core-i7 12630u, 512 GB SSD, 16 GB DDR4 RAM. They had 2 USB C ports and 1 USB 3.1 type A port. Otherwise, the Dell had a 4k x 2k retina display vs the 1920 x 1200 on the Lenovo. Both laptops were sturdy and well built. The Dell was about $400 more in price. We settled for the Lenovo as more pixels on a 14" display did not make sense. I also bought a Mokin USB C port expander from Amazon and we were all set to go. My wife has been very happy with this laptop. She runs a lot of businesd type applications at once including opening lots of web pages all at once. The laptop's core i7 processor (2p cores and 4e cores) with 16GB RAM and the SSD are more than able to handle the work load quickly. Since the machine came preloaded with Win11, i would recommend a 16GB configuration to somewhat future proof the purchase. Win 11 baseline easily consumes 6GB memory on its own. Overall, very happy with this purchase

This is an upgrade from what I traditionally purchase for a laptop but I wanted more memory to help support operation system updates and upgrades in the future. I did not want to be out buying another laptop in 4 or 5 years when Windows decided to upgrade. This laptop will certainly serve its purpose. The clarity of the screen is actually better than my TV.

This is the first time I purchased a laptop that I really love the features are excellent. The feel is excellent. Everything about it is awesome. I love it!

Regarding the battery life, this model Yoga 6 13 ships with an integrated 71Wh battery, which within this model configuration, has a battery life of up to 11.5 hours, depending on device settings and the workload the device is being put under. If you are getting substantially less battery life, first, set your screen brightness at less than 100-percent, try 80-percent to start with. Then, be sure Battery Charge Threshold is turned off. This power management setting should only be used when the laptop is plugged in all the time. It will prolong overall battery life by only charging the battery to 60-80 percent of capacity. You can turn off Battery Charge Threshold within the Lenovo Vantage APP installed on this computer. In Vantage select Battery Settings and turn off Battery Charge Threshold, if turned on. I bought the Lenovo pen and I use it as well with and it makes note taking and assignments much easier.

So after a little research I jumped a a great deal at best buy for this Lenovo. I couldn't be happier. Great processor speed and able to search the internet for me next great deal!
