Good out of the box. Was able to start using with just a little upfront work to update windows. I like the large screen with the 16:10 ratio. Time will tell if the relatively small storage will come back to bite me. I recommend.

Pretty good computer! The display is good, and works mostly as expected. It’s just a little slow when going to different websites. My tablet and phone open web pages a little faster than this. I should have gotten more RAM.

This laptop is a great upgrade from my old Toshiba laptop, it runs fast and the touchscreen is great!

I’ve used it almost everyday since I got it and it hasn’t lost its luster. I used it for college work(finance) and work work( also finance)! It’s capable of running multiple applications simultaneously without issue or interruption. It’s got terrific picture and a simple keyboard layout. Very light and easy to tote around. All n all a great product for college students or grad students looking for a personal computer

Better than 20 premium laptops. Better display than OLED--no pwm flickering. Faster than 11th gen and hot 12700. Cool, quiet, well-designed.

Long lasting battery, pretty decent screen size, runs cool, not too much heat comming out and also good and decent speakers

Love this laptop. Easy to set up, easy to operate. Battery lasts a long time before having to re-charge. Screen is nice size and is very clear.

I bought my mom a new laptop. The performance of this laptop is great. Fast, responsive, great screen, easy to use with the touch screen. The only complaint is not having the ability to upgrade the RAM. 16gb would have been a better amount, even the random 10/12gb some laptops have would be nice.

I have never loved a laptop more than this one, and I have owned a lot of laptops! I mainly use it for school, as I’m a Sophomore in college and we use computer programs daily. It also runs some PC games like the Sims 4, Clone Hero, TF2, and I had a few more installed and it ran great. The flexibility of the screen and laptop were very nice- how it can fold back to reveal only the screen.

Very good for my basic college use, and this screen size made watching movies and videos very comfortable. It can also run some less ram demanding games

This is a really nice and sleek laptop. It has a lot of nice features and very light weight. Love the face unlock and that it's large.
